"Reservé el Bungalow y cuando llegué me dijeron que no estaba disponible, me dieron otra habitación con un segundo piso donde los huéspedes hacían demasiado ruido, yo reservé el bungalow y pagué el doble del resto de habitaciónes para tener esa privacidad y simplemente me dijeron que era esa la unica opción, de las dos noches reservadas, estuve solo una, preferí perder la segunda noche a pasar otra noche sin poder dormir."

"The property is conveniently located on the Main Street. However, the customer service has room for improvement. For instance, we requested tea and coffee for the breakfast but we were told that only one option was allowed. Also, the breakfast is left outside the room uncovered which leaves subject to animals and insects. Finally we asked for a 110V outlet to plug our electric car, at first the front desk assistant allowed to let us use an outlet inside the reception office later we had to move the car because it was blocking the entrance. At the end, the manager allowed to use an extension cord until they closed the office at 8 pm. "
