Quiet paradise

Practical, clean appartment with a generous terrace with a stunning view of the sea, surrounding villages and Etna. The house is placed in a sitrus- garden with flowering bushes and a large, wonderful pool. Everything is thoughtfully done- and Nadia and her family har been most helpful and nice to us. Perfect with the babies! We recommend having a car, and bring baby carseats, there are little public transport/taxis available. And bring some insect- spray/allergypills if you are popular with mosquitos etc. Good foodstores in the village, nice and helpful citizens in the Tano kafé, as wells as wonderful cannolos- good food in Bisteccona restaurant! We ordered pizza- from three places, preferred from Russo- but all great, came in ten minutes!

Un endroit parfait pour découvrir l’Est de la Sicile

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au sein du logement proposé par Nadia. Le cadre est fantastique, tel que décrit dans l’annonce, avec vue sur la mer et vue sur l’Etna. Le jardin et sa piscine sont très agréable. La piscine est grande, et si elle est partagée avec d’autres logements, sa taille permet à chacun de se détendre sans gêner les autres. L’environnement est très calme. Des commerces sont à proximité direct et permettent un approvisionnement en courses. Le logement est fonctionnel et propre, la literie est bonne et la grande terrasse nous a permis de passer de bons moments entre amis. Nadia est une hôte réactive et accueillante. La localisation permet de découvrir l’Est de la Sicile en étant à 30 minutes de l’Etna, à 30 minutes de Taormine et à 1h15 de Syracuse. En résumé, un endroit idéal !

Einfach schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Alles oberprima! Wer zum Meer will muss mindestens 20min fahren, dann Kiesstrände. Sandstrände sind eher im Süden Siziliens.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons été accueillis dans cette belle propriété dont l'atout principale est cette magnifique piscine avec vue dominante sur la mer et vue sur l'Etna... mais que dire de la terrasse depuis laquelle nous avons profité de petits déjeuner inoubliable? Nous recommandons sans hésitations cet endroit et remercions Nadia et Fabio de leurs accueil.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen und ausgestattet

Die Villa ist perfekt gelegen. Zwischen Meer und Ätna wie der Name schon sagt! Die Sicht und die Ruhe sind der Hammer. Mit dem Pool abseits, ist man auch vom potentiellen Lärm geschützt (war nie der Fall, da nur ruhige Familien gleichzeitig da waren). Die Besitzer sorgen jederzeit für das Wohlbefinden der Gästen und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst ist super: bequeme Betten, Küche gut ausgestattet. Klima überall. Alles was man braucht. Die Sicht auf der Ätna war unsere Highlight, vor allem bei einem Ausbruch. Die Asche am folgenden Tag war vom Besitzer sehr schnell geräumt. Wir haben 13 Nächte dort verbracht und von dort aus die Ost Küste entdeckt. Perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Taormina, Catania, Sirakusa. Fabio, Nadia und die ganze Familie waren immer für uns da. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Sehr sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder!

Perfekter Pool in schöner Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und gepflegt. In der Nebensaison ist, wenn man Glück hat, nicht so viel los und man hat den 25m-Pool ganz für sich allein. Auch die Lage ist super und sehr ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Unbedingt das Restaurant Le 5 Botti neben der Wohnung ausprobieren.

Dejligt sted i meget rolige omgivelser

Vi har virkelig nydt vores ophold her. Stedet er meget stille og roligt. Der er fire lejligheder, to med havudsigt. Vores lejligheden var ikke så stor men funktionel. Vi havde heller ikke havudsigt, hvilket vi havde forventet udfra annoncen. Pool området er fantastisk - altid pænt rent og med en super udsigt til havet og Etna.

Sicilian apartment with breathtaking views

A family of seven sharing two of the adjoining apartments. From the moment driving through the metal gates the views of the sea are amazing. Walk up to the apartment and they are even more breathtaking with the added bonus of views of Etna. We were very lucky to see Etna was smoking and experience lava running down the side of it. The apartments were both very well equipped and prior to our arrival we ordered a food parcel which meant we could stay in and enjoy the views and get our bearings. Our children lived in the pool from dawn til dusk. Fabio & Nadia helped with local restaurants and places to visit. A trip up Mount Etna followed by a traditional sicilian lunch is a must our favourite day along with a trip to Taormina. I would like to thank Fabio for spending time with our children playing musical instruments and the loan of his guitar. Both Fabio & Nadia and lovely hosts. We will definitely be returning.

La campagne à la ville avec vue époustouflante sur la mer et l'Etna

Descriptif de l'appartement respecté, fonctionnel et appréciable pour ses différentes vues sur l'Etna et la mer, belle terrasse ensoleillée non loin de la grande piscine ! Domaine très bien entretenu, un verger immense à disposition, et les sites touristiques accessibles facilement par autoroute. Fabio nous a accueilli et est resté disponible tout au long de notre séjour, merci à lui pour sa bienveillance et ses bons conseils ! Nous avons la chance de vivre une nouvelle éruption de l'Etna en direct depuis notre fenêtre ou de la piscine, l'occasion de faire également connaissance avec d'autres locataires de nationalités variées. Commerces et services sont à proximité et c'est appréciable ! Une bonne adresse pour des vacances réussies !

Perfectly lovely location and Sicilian hospitality

Nadia and Fabio’s villa nestled in the slopes of Mt Etna in Santa Venerina and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is a near perfect and bucolic base for exploring Sicily’s Western coast. We relished our 9 nights on this lovely property. Set on a hill within fragrant citrus and almond groves and with a large and beautiful 500 year olive tree in sight, we had many clear views at Etna puffing away and sunrises from the sea. Angelo, Nadia’s father provisioned us with lemons and oranges plucked from his trees. The Monaco family couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and welcoming. Our small unit was one of 4 in the divided villa. It was clean and efficient. The small kitchen is very simply equipped and suitable only for cooking very easy meals, with a mini-refrigerator. The bathroom is modern and has a washing machine. The bedroom is comfortable. The large private terrace with views of the orchards, Etna and sea was perfect for hanging out. The large swimming pool is wonderful, even if the water was still cool in May. Our only small complaints were loud neighbors in an adjoining unit for part of our stay and the WiFi that didn't’ work very well. Thank you Nadia, Fabio and Angelo for creating and offering EtnAmare.

Amazing

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique à la villa Etnamare . On se relaxe au bord de cette splendide piscine avec vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et sur l'Etna . On déjeune sur notre terrasse en regardant le soleil se lever . On vous conseille cet endroit soit en famille , soit en amoureux . La famille de Nadia est aux petits soins . Grazie mille ;-)

Fab Pool great property

We had a great week in June at the property in Santa Verena. The pool was a great size and a very rural quite location that suited myself and husband. The views from the villa were gorgeous, swimming each morning with Mount Entna as the back drop. The villa was clean and catered for our requirements however if I could make one criticism it would be that if we had visited as a family and had been eating in most evenings a dishwasher would be useful. I would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing quite break.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Sizilien verbracht. Supertolle Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter

Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Am tollen Pool im garten konnte man sich super erholen. Wir haben es genossen, auf der großen Terrasse zu sitzen und die schöne, ruhige Landschaft zu genießen. Familie Monaco war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hierfür nochmal unseren großen Dank. Die Lage des Hauses eignet sich optimal für kulturelle Ausflüge, aber auch zum relaxen am schönen Pool zwischen Obstbäumen.

Super, excellent, splendid

We (Family with 2 children) had booked the Appartment Glicine and the owners offers to us to use instead the combo unit (Girasole + Gelsomino) which was a very good choice. All rooms were in very good condition, perfect clean, the kitchen equiped with the necessary basics and every thing as described. The view from the kitchen and the terrace over the see and the Etna is marvelous. The house is so nicely located with an orange and lemon plantation. The owners are very kind and helpful (thank you very much for your help in preparation of our trip with the ferrovia circum etnea). The spot is easy to reach by car from the Catania Airport and a good located place to make trips in the Etna-Region to walking/hiking or do sightseeing to the nice places at the coast. We stayed 13 days and enjoyed each and every. Our sons liked to plug oranges from the trees and prepare fresch juice and to stroll around the garden and pool. We had even at that early springtime several BBQs on the terrace with fresh fish and steak from the local butcher and supermarket (20min walk - 5 min by car). We would and hopefully will return to Etnamare. L+H
