From here, you have access to the outdoor terraces, which feature a covered chill-out area, outdoor dining space, and a built-in barbecue with charcoal oven.



The property has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of them with independent access from outside, ideal for those seeking privacy. Some bedrooms also include additional beds, making it perfect for families. On the first floor, there is an additional living room, and the independent extension offers another kitchen, living-dining area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.



The main outdoor attraction is the private pool of 160 m², distributed over three levels with waterfalls, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and green areas.

The property does not allow parties or events. As it is in an especially quiet area, you are asked to respect the atmosphere and calm of the surroundings. Guests under 25 years old cannot check in.
