Villa Tenis is a cosy Mallorcan estate located in the south of the island, just 2 km from the charming village and port of Porto Petro. An ideal refuge for those seeking to disconnect and enjoy the authentic essence of Mallorca, combining tranquillity in a protected forest with proximity to the sea.



With capacity for 6 people, this magnificent house offers a warm and familiar atmosphere. Its exterior invites relaxation: a private 3x4 metre swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, a spacious garden area to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and a covered and furnished porch, perfect for relaxing, reading or sharing pleasant outdoor meals. Additionally, the outdoor barbecue turns each evening into an opportunity to savour unique moments under the Mallorcan sky.



Inside, the dwelling preserves the charm of the Mallorcan rural style, with a bright living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and two rooms with single beds that share a second bathroom.



The location of Villa Tenis is perfect for discovering the south of Mallorca. Just a few minutes by car, you will find restaurants facing the sea, local shops and some of the most beautiful coves on the island, such as the well-known Cala Mondragó or the romantic Calo de Sa Torre.
