“Perfect retreat! This rental is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with everyone having a comfortable recliner. Everything is provided, including toothbrushes. Use of the gold cart was our favorite part of the stay! Communication with the owner, Val, was impeccable. “The house was super clean and spacious and had everything I needed. The 2 story window facing the back made the main living area beautifully bright and sunny, and the view of the expansive green lawn in back (no neighbors directly behind) made for a wonderful bonus. The host was fantastic! I loved my stay here.”

“House was in great condition, good location for short golf cart rides to rec centers, golf courses and Spanish Springs square. Pool in backyard was great but no privacy just bushes, no cable TV here only streaming services. Master bedroom and bathroom are amazing but some other areas need upgrading. Kitchen newer and well stocked for renters. Having golf cart use much appreciated.”
