The private outdoor area offers a pool, garden, two open terraces, three balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace. The center of Santo Stefano di Camastra is about 2 km away, and a restaurant is nearby.



Free street parking is available. Pets are welcome. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available, but the villa stays cool inside. The property is near the railway. Beach and pool towels are provided. Homemade products and storage for motorcycles and bicycles are available.



Early or late check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an extra fee. A daily tourist tax is payable in cash; children under 12 are exempt. At check-out, please leave the house clean to avoid extra charges.



IMPORTANT: Waste must always be sorted and collected only in transparent bags, as required by local regulations. Operators may check the contents and refuse collection if not compliant. Failure to follow these rules may result in part of the deposit being withheld.
