“They use fake photos to advertise the rooms. We booked a “caldera view” room with a hot tub at You & Me Suites based entirely on the advertised photos showing a private, unobstructed 180° volcano/caldera view. What we received was completely different. From the hot tub itself, you can barely see anything at all. Even standing up, you only catch a small fraction of the view shown in the listing photos.
