The house features two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and dining area, and a modern bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second offers twin beds, providing a practical layout for parents, children or friends travelling together.

Many of the home's original proportions have been retained, preserving the character of the estate's former family residence.
