  • First thing in the morning say hello to the breathtaking view of the whole island from your terrace. You can breath the fresh Mediterranean air, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, the cold of the marbles on your bare feet. Let your eyes travel beyond the horizon, allow all your senses be awaken and enjoy paradise!

    Gaze at the infinite blue from every corner! House Oia has the unique privilege to have a 270° angle view and see beyond the island. That is you can actually see the entire caldera, Thirasia, Ios, and above all the magical sunset of Oia.

    The majestic white walls of the house are set against an endless expanse of marine blue, and black volcanic colours. The interior of the house has an irresistible style that results to the ultimate relaxation, in order to create comfortable and delightful spaces. The 180 m2 house consists of 2 floors.

    The top floor:
    Master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, king size bed, air condition, safe, fan, TV and a private balcony, with a captivating view of the caldera.

    The second bedroom has twin beds that can be turned into a king size bed, en suite bathroom, air condition, safe, fan and TV.

    The ground floor:
    Experience the unsurpassed beauty of Santorini, while having a light lunch in the beautiful dining room, or a Vinsanto in the sophisticated living room, that are both located on the ground floor, and face the beautiful caldera. A fully equipped, state of the art kitchen, and a restroom are also located on the ground floor.

    The whole house has inclusive wireless internet, satellite TV and daily cleaning service. A mouth-watering breakfast with fresh local products is also available upon request at an extra charge. Enjoy, creamy Greek yoghurt with golden coloured honey, and walnuts while watching the tourists and the donkeys, walking by the narrow streets of Oia. Transfer to and from the airport is also available upon request.

Great view & location

The home was absolutely stunning with perfect location. The management team helped us to set up car service to porter service and very responsive if we had any questions. The view is beautiful and perfect location to view sunset at your privacy.

Perfect Property

Incredible property and experience. The host was always very responsive and helpful, including helping us arrange getting to and from the airport. The property is incredible with an ideal location of 180 degree views, including beautiful sunset views. The property is in excellent condition. Everything surpassed our expectations. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to every friend visiting Santorini.

Has to be the best house in the island!

The house is very spacious with plenty of room - inside and outside. Pictures don’t do it justice. Breathtaking views, modern and clean interiors, gracious host - choices galore for restaurants within walking distance. Recommend as highest as I can!

Oia Perfection

Our stay at this Oia villa in Santorini was nothing short of magical. The villa is so beautiful it is indescribable, and you never want to leave. Without a doubt, it has the best view in Oia. Located at the top of the village on the corner, it is the spot where the crowds gather every night to watch the sunset, yet you are completely set off from them and don't even know they are there. The balcony offers 180-degree views, and the large windows frame the stunning scenery. The hosts go above and beyond, arranging transfers and anything else you need during your stay. We feel so lucky to have found this villa and spent three heavenly days there.

Oia spring 2023

Fantastic stay and a great location. Loukia and Philip were very helpful. They had a driver meet us at the airport, we were then met in Oia with baggage handlers to move our bags to the villa. They were also back when it was time to leave at 6 am! The view is breathtaking, overlooking the caldera and the old fortress (Castle of Oia). Everyone wants your view at sunset, and are crowding the streets to find it. Staying the villa was a first class dream come true. I would love to return.

Unbelievable views. Beautiful decor, wonderful hostess.

The pictures do not do the Villa justice. There is a wraparound porch, giving your views of the castle, the caldera, and the village. While people are waiting for hours to get a view of the sunset you can do this on your private balcony. The Decor of the home is stunning. Both Lokia and Philip were so kind and helpful. They went the extra effort to have help with bags, staples in the kitchen and more. It was hard to leave this beautiful home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Gorgeous property with unforgettable sunset views

This was truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Wrap-around porches with views in different directions, unbelievable sunsets! The interior was luxurious and tasteful, and felt like “Santorini” vacation. Very clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and Philip helped us with checkin and checkout, taxi and luggage portage, local restaurant and activity suggestions. Light snacks provided. I highly suggest independently booking a private local chef for your first night dinner experience. Also the independently booked sunset sail with BBQ was unforgettable! All in all- a five star experience. Just magical!

Slice of Heaven

We needed a place to stay for our daughter’s wedding and the Villa provided a beautiful backdrop for pictures of the bride prior to the ceremony. The views from the wrap around balcony are spectacular and once you step foot inside the Villa the you immediately feel a sense of serenity and the noise and crowds of Oia are left behind. Phillip was wonderful in assisting us with anything we needed. Porters, drivers, etc. The photos are a perfect representation of the amenities of the villa and the extra room exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for my Daughter and her husband. I would highly recommend renting this property and would stay there again if I find myself visiting Oia.

Amazing!!

The property was exceptional. It literally has the BEST view in Oia. Everything was just as it looks in the photos. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, bedrooms very comfortable and daily cleaning service was much appreciated. Very convenient location! Space was perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend!

Stunning Property with 270 degree sunset views

This villa has the greatest cocktail porch/balcony with 270 degree unobstructed sunset views overlooking Oia and the caldera - away from the crowds and perfect! It is the location everyone gathers to view the sunset (outside the door). Location is central, host is very responsive and thoughtful and the villa is spacious, clean and well appointed. We would not return to any other villa. Thank you for making our visit to Santorini so special.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family of 4 stayed 6 fabulous nights in this villa in Oia. I cannot imagine ever staying anywhere else! It was absolutely stunning! The moment we arrived and stepped into the villa we were all just shocked at how beautiful and vast the views were. The beautiful veranda wraps around the villa and you have amazing views across the water. We had our morning tea everyday outside, I will be thinking about those views all year. We ate breakfast everyday at the outside table with breathtaking views. Our family travels a lot and we have stayed in beautiful villas in beautiful villages but this was our favorite!! You just cannot describe the views and the feel of the village. It was picturesque and perfect. There are crowds that start forming throughout the village everyday to watch the sunset and we felt so very blessed to have the villas veranda to step out on with all its privacy and watch the sunset with our family privately. Everything was perfect, Phillip the manager of the property was so incredible and valuable. Phillip made dinner reservations for us and every restaurant we ate at was fabulous! Phillip also booked a private sail on a catamaran for our family through sunset Oia and it was perfect! The Airport transfer Phillip also arranged and everything went very smoothly. We already know we will be back in Oia and we will definately rent this villa again. Nothing else could compare.

The best place to stay

This property exceeded every wish. The views are better than the pictures! The wrap around terrace was spectacular. People were crammed in right outside our door and we had this giant space to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The village itself was amazing and everything was an easy walk from this villa. If you are staying in Oia and want to see the sunset this is the place to stay. The property manager was amazing and arranged our cad to/from the airport but more importantly arranged porters in Oia. It is not a straight flat path to the villa so with bags it can be a lot. Our only issue we had was the AC broke in the second bedroom and would not cool the room enough for our liking. Highly recommend staying here!

Exceeded Expectations

This place is beautifully decorated and appointed, which we appreciate, but the service and small touches made our stay flawless ~ coffee, snacks, wine, a kitchen stocked with essentials, air conditioning that worked well, porters to carry our bags and Philip arranging our port pick-up then meeting us and walking us through the specifics of the house … all of these personal touches made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this listing. It is perfectly situated for sunsets as well 🌅

Amazing in every way

This villa really is everything it claims to be. The property looks exactly (if not better) than the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The views really make this place spectacular. Its 180 degree view of Oia. When reviews said people stand outside your door, they mean it. The villa is located right where everyone wants to be. The bedrooms were large and comfortable as were the bathrooms. Many areas to relax and take in the views. Philip was very helpful with meeting us and getting our luggage to the villa. He also helped arrange transportation to the airport. He was very friendly and fast with replies to any questions I had. I know it's alittle pricey but believe me, it's worth every penny!

Amazing house with stunning views!

We had a very memorable stay at this house. The location and views are incredible! This is absolutely THE BEST place to watch the famous sunsets of Oia, and while everyone was lining up outside our door we had the privilege to watch the stunning sunset views while having a glass of wine at our balcony. The house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, with wrap around balconies that give you amazing views all day. Inside it is tastefully decorated and comfortable, there was nothing we missed. The service was impeccable and the host was very helpful with all our requests, including transportation to/from the port/airport , arranging help with our luggage, giving us advice on places to visit and restaurants to dine . We had daily cleaning service , were offered laundry service for free, and the kitchen was stocked with everything from ample coffee supplies, to wine, beer, water, fruit and other food to get us started. Overall this was a great experience and would highly recommend it to future travelers. Thank you Loukia for your hospitality!

Beautiful home with amazing views!

There are probably many places to rent in Oia with nice views, but I’m certain none compare to this! There is a wrap around terrace so you can experience 180 degree plus views. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Loukia helped with all of our arrangements and reservations for sailing, wine tasting and restaurants and was very helpful. Phillip (who was just downstairs if needed) was super nice, charming and accommodating as well and we so appreciate everything he helped us with. Some things to note: You should have them arrange for your airport transfer so they can help with your luggage. There is a 5 minute journey through the village to get to street where you are dropped off and it could be a little challenging to handle on your own. They were really helpful with this! The house is in a very busy area of Oia because of the amazing sunset view.. there will be crowds at your doorstep at sunset but once inside the house it is a completely private oasis. It really is a great location which explains the crowds. The master bedroom is beautiful and the second bedroom is really nice and they can accommodate a queen bed or two twin beds. The home is spacious and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection in Oia

This villa is absolute perfection if you are blessed to visit Santorini. The local people that we meet on our vacation were warm and delightful. Oia is by far my favorite town on the island and Loukia's stunning villa is perfectly located for the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The accommodations are first rate and Loukia and Phillip are welcoming and make you feel at home. We arrived to find a refrigerator stocked with Greek delights for breakfast as well as bread and a local bottle of wine. Phillip mett us in Oia and helped us to the villa with our luggage. We traveled with a party of 7 and added the bedroom and bath downstairs to our rental. The villa was spacious, spotless, and the beds were comfortable with high quality linens. The villa is cleaned daily. Thank you Loukia for sharing your family home with us. Our family could not have been happier. I look forward to returning to your perfect villa.

This is the apartment you want. The view is incredible and the location perfect with easy access. Interior is as represented in the photos. Master BR is great with a good bathroom and the second bedroom/bathroom is reasonable. Kitchen well equipped. The wrap around porch provides unobstructed views of the caldera, Oia, and the incomparable sunset. While the crowds are pushing for a sunset view you will be relaxing with a glass of wine on the porch. We were greeted by Philip who gave us suggestions for restaurants and activities. Fridge was stocked with sodas etc. Can't recommend enough.

Perfect place

We were a family of 4 staying in Oia. Loukia pre-arranged our transfers and had the fridge stocked for our arrival. Christina, her niece greeted us where we were dropped off and arranged for someone to help with our luggage - you need this! And she gave us helpful suggestions about sailing day trips and was accessible when we needed return transfers to the airport. The place had probably the best view of the Santorini sunset. People are dying to see this view and it’s yours on your terrace. Lovely, spacious and very clean! You will enjoy your stay.
