Our stay at the Cave Eco Villas was incredible; the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the property and views are. Georgio was such an incredible host, extremely attentive and helpful.

Excellent location between Oia and Fira, calm not crazy crowds like they have. George is a gem! Very attentive, will get reservations , a car, whatever you need! Will be back here for sure!

Giorgos is an amazing host. Very responsive to messages and assisting with setting up anything you need during the visit. The villa was exactly as shown and the location is amazing. It is very private, while still being near to the center of Imerovigli.

When we first booked this property, we honestly weren’t sure if the villa would be big enough for us. We were also a little worried about staying in Santorini, where many properties can feel very close together and privacy can be limited. But as soon as we walked into the villa, we were SO happy, amazed, and honestly shocked by how beautiful and spacious it was! It was even better than we expected. The best part was waking up to the most beautiful sunset right from our villa every single morning. 🌅 There was something so peaceful and calming about the location. We truly felt like we had our own little piece of Santorini to relax and enjoy. The villa was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and gave us the privacy and peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The views were absolutely incredible, and every morning felt like a dream. We also really appreciated how thoughtfully the place was set up and how easy and comfortable our entire stay felt. It was the perfect place to come back to after exploring Santorini each day. We’re so glad we chose this property for our trip. It exceeded our expectations in every way and made our Santorini experience even more special. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and private place to stay in Santorini! ❤️🇬🇷

We couldn't recommend Native Eco Villas more! We stayed in the Xenia property. It was all we had hoped and more. We were personally welcomed by our wonderful host, Giorgos. The property is just as pictured, with a window framing the beautiful caldera. The bed and linens are very comfortable. The patio/jacuzzi is private, which is not the case with many of the other properties on Santorini. Beware that many of the jacuzzis in other properties are right at eye level with people walking on the paths in front of them. The location of Native Eco Villas: Xenia is just a few steps from many restaurants and is easily walkable to Fira, but is in the quieter and more beautiful Imerovigli. It's location gives you a full view of the caldera from the highest point on the island. We loved our stay here!

The apartment itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated. A very lovely view and a fantastic location, though guests should be mindful of its proximity to a bar, which can cause some evening noise and occasional tourists wandering onto the roof during the day. That said, this is somewhat expected given how prime the location is. George is a superb host—enthusiastic, attentive, and committed to ensuring we had a great stay. His communication was always prompt, and he offered excellent recommendations. He was also incredibly thoughtful in helping us celebrate a birthday.

Gorgeous view of the Santorini caledra. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is there is a restaurant right above our cave room, and the sound lasts until pretty late at night.

So good

Otroligt fint och trevligt boende i ett lugnt område i Imerovigli men ändå centralt med många restauranger i närheten. Gångavstånd till Fira. Utsikten helt magnifik! George och Sofie var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga, rekommenderas starkt! Kommer definitivt boka igen vid nästa tripp till Santorini.

This hotel and George, the owner were gems. The views of the Caldera were amazing and the location perfect. Fira and Oia get overcrowded with cruise ships. This little town is nestled between the two. There were many food options within walking distance. Coffee is great at Browns. George was so helpful meeting us and carrying our luggage if you can’t handle lots of stairs you might want to skip this option or skip Santorini in general. There are lots of stairs everywhere. My husband and I are in our 70’s and were fine with them. They just take some getting used to. The pictures reflect this property exactly. It’s a great choice for a great price.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our vacation was perfect. He took care of every detail, from securing reservations at outstanding restaurants to arranging boat rentals and offering exceptional local recommendations. His responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and completely stress-free throughout our stay. The villa itself is simply spectacular. It is impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every space was spotless and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The highlight, however, is the breathtaking view. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset each evening from the villa was an experience we’ll never forget. The scenery is absolutely stunning and makes this property feel truly special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and flawlessly managed vacation rental, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Wishing I get a second chance to return!

Excellent location. Once you explore Santorini, you realize that the location of this apartment is very convenient. We visited Santorini in October, so the tourist traffic wasn't significant. The view from the apartment was beautiful.

Beautiful villa with incredible views. Great location in the heart of Imerovigli with many dining and grocery options easily walkable. Best part was the owner, Giorgos, who was friendly, super helpful and always responsive. Definitely recommend.

My wife, son, daughter and myself absolutely loved everything about this property. We were in Santorini for 7 nights and toured all areas of the island, and this was by far the best place to stay. The host was wonderful and assisted us in arranging multiple activities around the island, making everything seamless so that we could enjoy our vacation to the utmost. I can't say enough good things about Native Echo Villas. It is the very best travel experience we have ever had. Thank You George and Staff!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay—thank you for the warm hospitality and responsiveness throughout our visit. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, offering both comfort and privacy. The breakfast was great and with a bit different on each day. Being slightly tucked away from the main street made it peaceful, and the hillside location meant no one could see into our space. At the same time, it was just a short and easy walk to Fira. Highly recommended!

Eco Villa Xenia

We stayed here in June 2024 for 1 week. We had the most amazing stay, the pictures don't do this place justice, the terrace is very spacious with amazing views of the caldera and the pool was perfect to cool down. The room was cleaned every day and had everything you could need for your stay, very well equipped. It is very close to restaurants and bars in Imerovigli and easy to walk into Fira, passing lots of restaurants and bars on the way. Giorgos was a fantastic host who was always on hand to help with anything we needed and offer recommendations for our stay. I would 100% recommend a stay here.
