  • Nautilus is a 3 bedroom Residence situated at Firostefani village , just a step away from fabulous restaurants, shops and just 10 minutes walk from Fira. It offers 3 bedrooms, outdoors Jacuzzi, sunbathing terraces, panoramic views of the sea and the volcano and beautiful sunsets. From the main door you enter to the main courtyard with outdoors sitting- dinning area with amazing views. Stairs lead up to the two upper floor roof top terraces with sun beds for sunbathing and outdoors Jacuzzi with beautiful sea views.
    The name Nautilus comes from the shell collection and decoration that is dominant inside the living area. The house has typical Santorini architecture with vaulted ceilings and curves, combined with elegant furnishing, antique and art objects without compromising in up to date comfort sand facilities.
    The house features 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with queen size bed, separate entrance and en suite bathroom with small tub and two other bedrooms with double beds that share one full bathroom with shower cabin.
    The house has a comfortable living area, the shell decoration and a big boat are dominant in this room and creates a special , nostalgic and artistic atmosphere.
    There is also a separate dining room with a wooden table and furnishings suitable to sit 10 persons and a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining room.

The best host and amazing location

The host was amazing , the best we had on this trip to Europe - anticipated our needs and excellent communication. The location was just stunning you really have to stay here to experience it.

Comfortable villa, great location

Just outside of the craziest areas of Fira, but just a short walk into town, this was an excellent location. Jackie was very helpful getting us settled in and familiar with the island. We loved watching our first Santorini sunset from the lounge chairs on the roof. The island is beautiful and this was a great place to stay!

Fabulous stay

Wow, we really enjoyed this Santorini property for the five of us. It was comfortable, clean and spacious with full dining room, living room and kitchen. The location was excellent. Amazing views and easy walking into Fira. The communication with the property was top notch and they arranged a driver for the airport and other sightseeing.

Great Location with Privacy and Great View

Very clean and comfortable. Good communal spaces inside and out. Small but functional kitchen - didn't matter as all meals were out. Great spot with awesome views. Enjoy!

This is a spacious villa in the heart of Santorini. Multi-level outdoor lounging area is gorgeous and relaxing. Jackie, Vasilis and Danny took care of everything for us and got us where we needed to go.

We had an amazing time at this villa! 6 girls on an amazing trip of a lifetime, visited this incredible place. The location was perfect and the views were better than we could have imagined. Also - Jackie was so responsive, helpful and so so nice. We love her!!!

Awesome Place

What’s not to like? The location was fantastic and the views were amazing! Well furnished and very comfortable beds. Good restaurants at the top of the steps when we didn’t want to go far. Jackie was very helpful and responsive and we enjoyed Nikos our driver. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Villa!

We felt so fortunate to land upon this villa. Petros was so great about reaching out to me as our trip approached and offered to help which was so appreciated. Jackie was wonderful too. She met us at the beautiful villa and provided excellent information. She kept in touch throughout our stay. We will definitely recommend this wonderful and magical property to any friends traveling to Santorini.

Perfection

Everything about this property and the hosts was A+! The location is close to lots of great restaurants (amazing food really) and a couple of little convenience shops. The view is just like in the pictures, can’t be beat. House was clean and straightened up for us daily, which was very nice also. Jackie the host was as good as they come, she took care of all of our activity details as well as transfer to and from airport and ferry. Always on time and responsive, thank you Jackie!! You made it easy for us to relax and enjoy ourselves:)

Wonderful

The house was perfect for us. We traveled with 4 young adults and they shared the main house while my husband and i had our own bedroom and bathroom connected to house, with private entrance. Outdoor terrace in center of main floor rooms. 2 other beautiful terraces! Hot tub was definitely enjoyed! The views were amazing! We were picked up and taken back to transportation site by the hosts hired driver. Very convenient and possibly cheaper than a taxi. The owner met us first day and helped arrange for breakfast delivery the following morning. Would definitely stay here again!!

Comfy Villa for a Family Stay

This villa was perfect for our family's stay. Everyone had plenty of privacy, yet there were comfortable common areas as well. The art work was interesting and well curated. The views were gorgeous and the center of town was only a 10 minute walk away. Of course, like almost everywhere in Santorini, the walk is is up and down the mountain side. Our host gave us great suggestions on wineries to visit. She also recommended a Live Interactive Theatre experience, "The Wedding Guests." Those of us with Greek ancestry LOVED IT! The others, not so much. Personally, I thought it was a blast with dancing and plate smashing thrown in.

A great place to stay to see the most beautiful sunsets in the world

This apartment was a great pick. Not only a very roomy apartment with spectacular views but great hosts (Jackie the property manager and Nikos the driver). I was in good communications prior to arriving and Nikos was there to pick us up and take us to the apartment. The apartment would be a bit challenging if I had to find on my own (as on the cliff in Firostefani) but the key is Jackie/Nikos there to take care of everything, including having someone porter our luggage down/up the cliff. I also hired Nikos to take us to sunset lookout area in Oia, noted as the site of the most beautiful sunset in the world. He then waited and took us back. That said, the next day we witnessed the sunset steps down from our apartment and I would say it was equally as spectacular (sunset over mountain) but the best part was zero people around us. We travelled to Greece during Toronto school March break and it was the best decision as only a fraction of tourists are in Santorini (or Athens) with the vast majority of the apartments in Firostefani not even yet opened. So that was one reason no one was around us when we took the most amazing sunset photos in Firostefani. Even in Oia there were like 50 people and had to jostle (only just a little) to take a photos of us that were "not polluted" by other people within the photo shot. So I highly recommend coming in March and avoid crowds and weather still very comfortable (about 17C). About 15 mins to walk to Fira with great restaurants.

This is an absolutely wonderful property! The layout is perfect for a family, or several couples, to each have some privacy, while also providing beautiful common spaces in the dining room, kitchen and living area. The jacuzzi was great, although we never heated the water. It was more enjoyable as a cool, refreshing break from the summer heat. This was our 6th trip to Santorini. We have always stayed in Imerovigle, so we were unsure at first about a place in Firostefani, given that it is closer to Fira and all the crowds. We were pleasantly surprised and found the area around the apartment to be quiet and peaceful. The view is fantastic, and we spent most of our free time on one of the 3 patios.

Sister trip to Gorgeous Santorini

The 3 bedroom villa was exactly as described. Perfect views, easy walk to a number of restaurants. Communication with Jackie was excellent. She organized an amazing Catamaran cruise for us as well.

Baltimore does Santorini

The entire experience from the moment I booked this place has been above and beyond!! Jackie was ready to set up tours and transfers whenever we needed it or if we had any questions she was quick to respond. The place itself is absolutely ridiculous! It’s a huge place with the most amazing views!! Stunning doesn’t describe it!! And the location is incredible everything is within walking distance. There was a housekeeper that came every day as well. Best vacation ever!!! Thanks so much for everything!! Cheers Soud and fam
