If we ever come back to Santorini we will definitely be staying here again. The distance to the beach was amazing and it’s such a slow paced area. Never overcrowded but lots of shopping and wonderful food. We LOVED it!

This place is STUNNING. It is next to black beach, and if it’s for a beautiful vacation do not hesitate to book. All members of staff made us feel so welcome, the room was out of this world!!!! 10000/10 amazing! The views are just spectacular, breakfast was so so nice and the location was lovely too.

Nice, clean room with comfy beds! The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was excellent! Near are lot of restaurants, shops and beach bars. Dimitri help us with airport pickup and drop off. thank you

Small quaint island hotel

Perfect small hotel inPerissa..25 min Taxi drive from airport...you can easily walk the town! Town has island public bus stop..part of black sand beach is free..no beds and umbrellas ..no e store to buy snacks and drinks..lady at reception is wo derfull...so helpful

Owner Dimitri was very helpful for tips for the bus and places to see in the area. He was pleasant and easy going , and transported us as needed. We had a lovely room with a view of the water as the large church nearby. It was an easy walk to the village for dining, shopping, md best of all, beach.

The property was in a convenient location for the beach and bus station. The apartment itself was less than expected. It had the bare minimum needed, but that's it. No lock on the door or ventilation in the bathroom. The check in experience was not pleasant as we waited till 4:30 for our room to be ready when check in was supposed to be available at 2pm.

There was no location noted as office. When we went to check in, we only found the cleaning lady. She helped us - if this review is based on her kindness and helpfulness I would give a 5. The place was clean when we checked out, I couldn’t find anyone. I messaged the manager and he didn’t respond for an hour.

Struttura molto piacevole a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalla fermata dell’autobus. Pulizie giornaliere, ottima disponibilità da parte del personale per qualsiasi richiesta, personale cordiale e disposto a dare consigli utili. La zona offre una vasta scelta di locali e ristoranti, tutti molto carini e ben serviti. Possibilità di noleggio sdraio e ombrelloni a prezzi molto accessibili ma anche tratti di spiaggia libera, acqua cristallina. Struttura consigliata per un soggiorno di relax e con ottime connessioni per eventuali spostamenti per l’isola.

We had a very relaxing time at Villa Dima in Perissa, Dimitri and his staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome upon arrival and were so kind to allow us to stay in our room until late in the evening the day of check-out. The bed was really good and best cleaning. Thank you

Vi ville bo lite enkelt där vi kunde reda oss med frukost själva på terassen, kyl och vattenkokare fanns. Frukost kunde man boka och äta på hotellet om man ville det. Hotellet hade blandade besökare både familjer och ungdomar. 5-7 minuters promenad ca till restaurang, shopping och strand. Även bussen nära till hands för att ta sig till Fira, Oia eller andra utflykter. Vi upplevde människor som väldigt trevliga på hotellet, restaurangerna och stränderna mycket service minded.

It was amazing place very nice & tidy beautiful views through the balcony right next to the beach Nice restaurants cafe along the beach The only thing I didn’t like the shower it was very small that I couldn’t even stand inside! But still it was very clean though!

Petit raté et très bonne expérience

Il y a eu un raté sur l’accueil ils ont confondu notre réservation avec quelqu’un d’autre. On a passé la première nuit dans la mauvaise chambre pour s’excuser et nous ont offert le petit déjeuner et réellement un plaisir de discuter avec eux. Ils sont de très bons conseils et très agréable. Malgré ce raté. Du début, ce fut une bonne expérience.

The property is not easy to locate in the area, no directions were given. There was no one to greet us upon the arrival. We had to locate and call the manager over the phone to get in. The bathroom is very small, water gets everywhere when taking a shower, making the floor wet and unsafe. Room is decent size.

Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed everything about Villa Dima from the second we stepped foot in Santorini! The room was small but sparkling clean, had beautiful sea views, and a cute balcony area. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach, plenty of stores on the way, and many great restaurants. The staff was exceptional! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Dimitri, the manager. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and professional. He was always available to answer our many questions, and spent time helping with booking excursions and the ferry, even helping to contact our airline. We extended our stay and rented one of their luxury villas as well, all of it amazing! I highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay here again!

We selected and booked based on the photo and view as per the website for the room however we were given the ground floor with no windows and no views at all even though upstairs was all Vacant !!! I felt like a prisoner!!! Also the property came up with parking and sound proof rooms which we did not experience at all. On day 2, we had very noisy neighbours just next to us even though there was no one else on the property and these people were so noisy. Horrible experience and what a waste of my money!!

Terrible

The Villa was OK, we arrived late in the evening and had transportation from the airport to the Villa. When we arrived at the Villa the driver took us to our room and the keys were in the door and he left. The office closes at 5pm and there was no one there to talk with had to call a number which was posted on the door. We had no AC working or TV the breaker must of tripped and which meant the electrical was not working. So we had to call the number and have someone come to check it out. The driver was the person who showed up and did his best to correct the issue. The Villa's website states they have a Bar/Restaurant and other items which is not true. I stay was very disappointing and the management was not very considerate of the issues. First of all they do not state that transportation is available (maybe surchage) on their site. The other guest that were there had the same issues as we did and were not pleased at all. This Villa is not cheap and will never recommend it to anyone. I asked if we could get a refund so we could move to a hotel in the area - No

Location is good, close to the beach. But the room condition is bad, like bathroom vent is not assembled properly on the ceiling, shower is almost right above toilet, door is not closed properly as giving too much noise at night…
