"Found a bed bug on my neck as getting into bed (didn't know what it was at the time, since identified thru Google). Woke up feeling as if been bitten several times across back and neck. Bed linen was at least clean. General state of room was poor with repairs done to a low standard. Shower door didn't cost properly into its frame. Didn't try breakfast as didn't have time."

When we arrived we had no idea on how to even get in the main door let alone our room we found out by someone passing on the street that we had to go to the hotel couple doors up to get the codes for the main door and our room."
