“The amenities were great. However, unfortunately - after repeatedly (over 3 times) explaining to the staff to clean the room and fix the hot water. They never did. I told the front staff as well as the cleaning staff to clean the room and fix the hot water. They said they would do it - but never did. There are better options (cleaner hotels & more attentive staff) than this hotel.”

“price quality ratio is ok. Don't expect luxury. As remarks: #No soft drinks were in stock during our four-day stay, only beer and water. “DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Everything was terrible. They sent is to the wrong building twice for check-in (dragging kids and luggage from building to building.). Rooms don’t match description, shower flooded, rooms too small for luggage, room unprepared upon arrival, non-functional internet, broken cabinets, thin and worn out mismatched towels, and a collection of 10 keys all put together without annual labels, apparently one for each cabinet, bathroom, entry, etc. I mean this place was terrible...
