“Great breakfast, friendly staff”

“スタッフの対応、食事、お部屋、スパ、全てにおいて、クオリティの高いHOTELでした。友達にもお勧めしたいと思いました。”

“It is a heritage hotel in keeping with bygone times. Super close to the mall. Lovely dining room for dinner with fireplace and candlelit. Food was terrific with alot of choices. Buffet bfast but you can request eggs how u like. Some renovation works currently but all staff and workmen encountered always super polite and helpful beyond . If I were to go back to darjeeling I would definitely stay here. ...the drive from bagdogra to darjeeling is an experience in itself.”

“Rude staff in the morning. No troubleshooting”

“El ambiente es de total relajación, hay poco personal capacitado, a pesar de pertenecer a la cadena Taj no hay un estándar en calidad de servicio. Les falta atención al cliente y no servir té en bolsitas cuando se está en una plantación de té ”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay arrangements”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean”

“Mountain mist is a beautiful homestay experience with comfort conveniences and the authenticity of small village Himalayan life. The family team have recently expanded into hosting more foreign tourists. You can be one of the pioneer guests We were collected in a modern 4x4 and served variety of local cuisine in six days. Travellers willing to leave the chain hotel experience offered in Darjeeling can have a soft bed with fast internet amongst the hills of the tea estate. Bantandam is rural and...

“Everything ok except that there was no gym.”

“Areas first improvement are:- 1. Inadequate staffing 2. Waiters not attentive or happy 3. Insufficient signs around resort . No area maps at all 4. No taxis available ( outbound) from the resort 5. Bathroom not too clean. 6. Limited dining options 7. Buildings not cost of fresh paint. Otherwise excellent location. Just needs good management ”

“Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely.”

“Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

“Sinclair's is an older, well-maintained, and attractive property, with beautiful views of Kanchenjunga. The street leading up to it is steep, and then are stairs leading up to the hotel and more to the rooms (no lift), so you need to be all right with that. (We're over 70 and had no problem.) The staff is lovely and go out of their way to help you. I'd single out Bragya--I hope I have her name right--for exceptional service, helping us find a taxi to Bagdogra at a heavily touristed festival...

“Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

“Only a very short stay, but staff helpful, room was clean and well maintained.”
