My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights in a deluxe room at the end of February. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The resort pools were nice, although they weren’t quite as relaxing as we had hoped. There were a lot of people using SUPs which made it difficult to fully relax by the poolside, and during our stay the beachfront pool was closed due to the fireworks happening every night for Lunar New Year. The gym facilities were also very convenient and well equipped, which was great to have access to during our stay.
The location was convenient and very close to the duty-free mall. The restaurants at the resort were also very welcoming and accommodating to my fiancé, who has coeliac disease, which we really appreciated.
A special mention goes to Chloe, the foreign concierge, who was an immense help during our stay. As we don’t speak Mandarin, she helped communicate with other staff for us and assisted with various enquiries, which made navigating everything much easier.
The rooftop bar was another highlight of the resort, a really nice place to sit, relax, and have a drink in the evening.
Overall we had a great stay and appreciated the spacious rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location.
