AH715 is a compact 20m² studio in a prime location, close to Tatuapé Shopping Mall, supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable market, with easy access to Salim Farah Maluf Avenue, Radial Leste, Tatuapé Metro Station, Carrão Metro Station, restaurants, and more. Note: We do not accept pets. The space: In our studio, you will have a comfortable space with air conditioning, a full bathroom, a balcony, and a kitchen. Integrated with all necessary utensils and bedding. The environment includes a box bed with wardrobes, blackout blinds, smart TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, water purifier, coffee maker, steam iron, induction cooktop, plus 5 pots, plates, glasses, cups, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils. For your convenience, the studio also includes bath towels, face towels, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and comforters. A dedicated home office space and Wi-Fi make your experience even more comfortable. Our Condominium offers a space for a Gym, Swimming Pool, etc. Guest Access: Access is granted minutes after reservation confirmation. We request that you send us your photo ID and that of any accompanying person (if applicable) so that it can be registered at the entrance. For confirmation of access to the premises, you will need to present a photo ID. The building is located at Rua Airi, 227 and access to the building is easy. Other observations: • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT OR FORGOTTEN IN THE STUDIO. • Access to the unit is exclusive to guests registered in the reservation. ATTENTION: Up to 2 guests per apartment are allowed simultaneously, provided the documentation is sent at least [number] days in advance. 24 hours; - No visits allowed. • Check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out must be done by 12 PM. ATTENTION: Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in fines. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and requires prior arrangement. • No parking space available; • We do not accept pets to ensure the comfort of all guests. • The building has a 24-hour security system with cameras and a RECEPTION. Access to the apartment is via a personalized code, ensuring complete security and convenience. • Regarding the cancellation policy: we recommend reviewing it before confirming your reservation; the rules follow VRBO's policy. • The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Parties and events are not allowed, respecting the silence and tranquility of the building.
