We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. ”

“The pictures do not do this property justice. This fit every age group (10 months, 3 yr, 5 yr, 15 yr, 30's, 60's. King Bed in 4 rooms made everyone happy. The kitchen is set up perfectly. The only downfall was the weather being HUMID and WET all week (no fault of the property), but the screened in porch was a nice easy retreat. The air-conditioning was set to a great temperature. A couple of times I needed to reach out to John and he replied immediately and took care of all my questions...

“The property was beautiful! The home was clean and plenty big enough for our family. Communication with the manager was excellent. They immediately responded to our request to have the pool cleaned. And just to be clear, the water in the pool was fine; there was some debris in the pool from the storm that blew in. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again. ”
