“The bedsit was very tidy and equipped with all the basic accessories you might need.However, there is no kitchenette sink, which means dishes and glasses must be washed in the same room as the toilet. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing nor visible in the photos. As a result I chose not to use the provided crockery or utensils.The location of the bedsit is excellent. “Accommodation is in a lovely area.Close to the sea and shops. Think the price we paid was a bit to much for the accommodation.Needs a good clean to.”

“Love staying at the place ! Stayed many times ! Rooms closer to lagoon are the best ones to book :). Beautiful resort friendly staff . Downside is the restaurant, food is limited and average in my opinion and needs a revamp of food choices”

“Loved that the beach is only a short walk away and our unit overlooked one of the ponds. bed was clean and comfortable. room was of a good size. Apparently the aquarium at the local Marine Research Centre is worth visiting - but it wasn't open during the days we were there (apparently only open most - not all - weekends & some special annual holidays).”

“Our apartment was large, the furniture is new, the bathroom looked brand new. Everything was comfortable & functional. We appreciated the coffee pod machine & undercover parking. The garden/pool view from our living room & balcony was lovely & we were just a short walk from the beach. We could hear the waves breaking. Great value.”

“This hotel was very clean, walking distance to everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. It needs a little updating, such as touch up painting. It recently has new owners so I’m sure it will be sparkling soon! Highly recommend.”

“The room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean too. It was good to have a microwave, crockery and cutlery. My only complaint was having to go upstairs.”

“This was a perfect little family friendly site for our family. We stopped as a half way point on our way from NSW to QLD and it had everything we needed. The shops within walking distance, great park facilities and the beach literally on the doorstep. We had an added bonus of a Kangaroo and her joey waiting to say Hello when we arrived. We'd definitely recommend, the only problem was we didn't stay longer.”
