My wife and I stayed at this hotel from Dec 12–17. The room was spacious compared to typical Tokyo hotels, which was a positive.
However, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping standards. Late one evening, my wife discovered blood stains on the mat underneath the bedsheet. Although the sheet itself was clean, this was unsanitary and unprofessional. I reported it to the front desk around 11:00 PM, but was told housekeeping was closed and the mat could only be replaced the next morning. While it was eventually replaced, we were forced to sleep on a visibly blood-stained mat for the night, which was unacceptable.
We also encountered an issue with breakfast pricing.
Breakfast was advertised at 2400 yen per person, but we were charged 3200 yen instead. The cash register and hotel website still displayed the old price, which felt misleading. The hotel needs to be more transparent and update its pricing information.
Overall, while the room size was good, cleanliness issues and poor handling of guest concerns negatively impacted our stay.
