Location is great, bus and subway station are within 5 minutes walking, shopping and eating are all in that area. The only inconvenient is every time when you go out the hotel, you have to turn the key to the reception and pick it up when you are back to the hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the food was terrific! We had one gentleman at the morning breakfast buffet that was especially nice, friendly and helpful. His name is Takeshi Fugimoto. He was our favorite person!

札幌駅から地下道で繋がっているので、雨の日でしたが傘をささずに行けました。隣が赤レンガテラスです。周辺食事処には困りません。1階にスタバとパン屋さんもあります。 ツインに泊まりましたがベッドのマットレスも良くお風呂も広くて、大変良かったです。

やはり古いホテルなので多少気になる点はそこそそこありますが、個人的には数十年の定宿なのでまあ落ち着きますしいいですかね。 最近気づいたのは、朝食が驚くほどおいしくなってました。両隣のテーブルにいた外国からのファミリーのキッズが、もう驚くほどこのスープカレーうまいぜ！と叫んでたので私も試してみることに。うまいね。街のお店よりうまいかもしれぬ。 ただ、朝ごはん高くなったんだけどあの質は満足です。昼は食べなくても朝はグランドにします。

We (2 adults, 1 child) had a lovely, quiet, large 3 twin-bed room on an upper floor corner for our three night stay in Sapporo. Easy access to the underground walkway, both to get to/from the train station and to/from subways, tourist spots, etc, which came in handy when the temperature dropped and not having to pull suitcases over slushy sidewalks. Very happy with our stay!
