“Senka (our host) was amazing and gave us a fantastic experience and stay in Sarajevo. She was very friendly and helpful, spoke english and german, and was very quick to respond to messages. The propety was amazing and comforting as a home away from home with everything you need. The location was super secure and quiet with an electronic and manual key lock on the door, but the city itself was also one of the safest we have ever been. A fantastic experience and we will definitely be back again! ”

“We found a urine stained sheet in the room. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite the staff denying it we saw a woman carry in a stack of cigarettes. It was a disgusting hotel. I don’t recommend it ”

“It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year.”
