This is the largest and affordable hotel in this area, you have the access to small shopping center and the staff of the hotel are so friendly, with clean and quiet rooms.

Tv channels were poor, generic channels in Arabic and Turkish. There were few Bosnian or English channels. Room service was excellent, but hallways were noisy with guests yelling and letting children run amock. Laundry service is expensive. The area around Hotel was beautiful, and you can get any service you like within walking distance. Very nice hotel, but needs slight improvements.

Very bad treatment and I was asked to pay the price of the room even though I paid an amount with taxes from you and then they asked for 60 euros in taxes and because I was in a hurry I had to pay taxes again and with this I was delayed for an hour and they are angry with all customers And also a restaurant waiter who stole the account and did not agree to bring an invoice

Elendigt!!!!
Vi boede på en etage under ombygning, hvor vi kunne se lige ind til et kæmpe byggerod uden at blive informeret om dette. Derudover lå der beskidt tøj på gangene som blev smidt derud fra de forskellige værelser. Det var klamt og beskidt i elevator og gange, og hotellets personale var ualmindelige ubehøvlede og havde en virkelig dårlig attitude. Vi spurgte om vi måtte bytte værelse, det måtte vi. Da vi kom derop var det slet ikke bedre og der manglede en hel glasvæg på badeværelset, så vi måtte blive på vores først tildelte værelse. Ingen spurgte os derefter om vi ville have et tredje værelse. Derudover kører hotellet med falsk reklame på deres billeder, de reklamerer for et kæmpe udendørs poolområde, men dette hører med til et helt andet hotellet og skal derfor betales for, hvis man vil benytte det. I stedet blev vi henvist til deres ulækre indendørs svømmehal. Verdens dårligste hotel og dårligste oplevelse!!

Front desk staff was very slow and didn’t know what they were doing. The restaurant is the main key to this place!!! The bartenders are amazing very friendly. Food is 5 stars!

The staff, especially the third shift (security and the guy who was working as receptionist), was very friendly. I liked that rooms were clean as well as the rest of the hotel. However, I didn’t like that the hotel was not smoking free. I am pretty sure that that is the case with any other hotel in Bosnia. Hopefully, this will change with the new legislation regarding smoking that is about to take effect soon.

I wouldn't spend another night here
The hotel and its restaurant smelled of smoke everywhere. In the hotel room it smelled unpleasantly of the nearby thermal bath. The staff at the reception was not very friendly. The rooms were overheated and there was no kettle in the rooms.

Great accommodation and location
Location was good - plenty of local restaurants, a mall, several thermal pools nearby. The bus and "trolley" were short walks too. The rooms were well supplied (but no hot pot for coffee/tea) and restaurants in the hotel had good food selections on the buffet. I would recommend for anyone!

We chose Hotel Hollywood as one of us had stayed in it several years ago and liked the fact that it was near the tram terminus. Parking was therefore much easier than it would have been in central Sarajevo. We had a room with a river view, so could unwind before setting out sightseeing. Very comfortable room, good bathroom, fabulous breakfast the next morning surrounded by impressively tall U18 FIBA women's basketball team members from several countries, there for the European Championships. A memorable stay.
