With stylish interiors, a sparkling private pool, a spacious backyard, and plenty of room to relax, this charming home with 2 bedrooms and an additional sleeping area is the perfect setting for making unforgettable Florida vacation memories.



Whether you're planning a family getaway, a beach vacation with friends, or simply a little escape from everyday life, Salty Unicorn is ready to welcome you!

Our favorite part of Salty Unicorn? The incredible outdoor space!



Step outside into your own tropical retreat, where sunny afternoons, poolside lounging, and relaxed evenings are all part of the experience.



☀️ Take a refreshing dip in the spacious private swimming pool, complete with pool toys for extra fun.



🌴 Stretch out on one of four comfortable lounge chairs and soak up the Florida sunshine.



🍹 Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail beneath the screened lanai.



🍔 Fire up the grill and gather around the outdoor dining table for a delicious meal in the fresh air.



🌺 Let the kids enjoy the expansive backyard, perfect for outdoor games and making vacation memories.



🔥 OPTIONAL WINTER POOL HEATING



Visiting during the cooler winter months? Make your poolside getaway even more enjoyable with optional pool heating!



Pool heating is available during the winter season for an additional $25 per day.



🍍 A few important details:



• Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival.



• The $25 daily heating fee applies to every day of your reservation, not just the days you plan to swim.



• Pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay and cannot be added for individual days.

The spacious living room features a plush sectional sofa and large smart TV, making it the perfect place for family movie nights, afternoon relaxation, or gathering together after a day exploring Sarasota.

After a day of sunshine and adventure, retreat to one of the home's inviting sleeping spaces.



🌴 PRIMARY BEDROOM



Relax in a comfortable king-size bed with a spacious closet and ceiling fan for a restful night's sleep.



🌺 SECOND BEDROOM



The second bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, generous storage, and a ceiling fan.



🦄 THIRD SLEEPING AREA



Perfect for younger guests or anyone who loves a cozy reading nook, this charming space features a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle.



A stylish mid-century room divider adds character, while a small dresser and thoughtfully curated bookshelf make this a fun and flexible space to enjoy.



Please note that this is an open sleeping area rather than a fully enclosed third bedroom. The pull-out trundle is suitable for children weighing up to 75 pounds.



A second bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to this area.



🍽️ COOK, GATHER & ENJOY



The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals at home easy and enjoyable!



With stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and everything you need for everyday cooking, you'll feel right at home.



Even washing dishes comes with a view of the beautiful backyard and pool!



The adjoining dining area features a stylish table with seating for six and sliding glass doors that open toward the pool.



You'll also find a cozy rocking chair overlooking the outdoor space, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment with your morning coffee.



🚿 TWO FULL BATHROOMS & EVERYDAY CONVENIENCES



Salty Unicorn features two full bathrooms, including one with a shower and another with a shower-and-tub combination.



Soft towels and starter bath products are provided to help you settle in comfortably.



A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience, making it easy to refresh beach towels and pack a little lighter.



📺 ENTERTAINMENT MADE EASY



The home features smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows and movies.



Traditional cable television is not provided, but you're welcome to sign in to your personal Netflix, Hulu, Sling, or other streaming accounts.

You'll also love being close to downtown Sarasota, where you'll find wonderful restaurants, local boutiques, art galleries, and entertainment.



Spend the morning exploring, enjoy the afternoon at the beach, and return home for a relaxing swim in your private pool.
