Wonderful vacation

It was a wonderful vacation, thank you to the owners for the extremely quick response, the electric kettle was not working in the house, and within half an hour of writing the message, the owner delivered a new kettle, thank you very much. The location is great, the pool is extremely clean and warm, we really enjoyed our stay with you and would recommend it to others.

Super nice place

We stayed at this home for a week the first week of June. It was exactly how it was described and very nice and clean. Great location so close to everything. The pool is extremely nice and our kids absolutely loved it. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Great place for a family vacation

The property was exactly like the pics. The place was loaded with everything needed for the beach plus extra necessities. The layout was nice and very spacious. My only issue was lack of communication prior to the stay. I had questions that went unanswered but other than that the overall stay was excellent my family enjoyed ourself. Could be more baby friendly as I brought my 8month old but I had amazing help from my parents so keeping him busy was easy. Will recommend and the area itself is beautiful as well.

Perfect for our needs

Home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with toaster, coffee pot, dishes, etc. Location was perfect- near beaches and restaurants. This house was ideal for our party of 6 adults. And the pool was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, needs some TLC

Over the years, we rented approximately seven properties in a variety of areas. Unfortunately, this property was one of the more disappointing experiences we’ve had. While the location of the property was convenient to many area attractions and the private pool provided a nice getaway, the house lacked many of the creature comforts we have been accustomed to, including proper lighting in major living spaces, access to cable television rather than Internet streaming, and bathrooms that are fully cleaned with faucets that are securely fastened. With a few minor adjustments, this property could be markedly improved.

Perfection!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. We rent from VRBO several times per year and this was by far the best home. We arrived early and were told by the owner that the house was ready for us. The house was immaculate! There are so many touches that make for a wonderful stay. The bedding is wonderful, the sheets soft. The pool is heated and clean and we loved having meals outside. The owner was easily reachable and responded promptly whenever I had a question. If you are looking for a spotlessly clean, comfy home with everything you need and more, do not hesitate to rent this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. The house was clean, beds, comfortable,.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and plenty of room for a family of 4+ dog. We had hoped to have a larger fenced in yard for the dog as that was a little misleading since the fence was really just a screening with very little yard. Kitchen amenities were adequate though could use a few more glasses. We were visiting during a very cold week and could’ve used blankets on our beds and possibly a few throw blankets for the couch, however beds were very comfortable and the heat worked great. Location was perfect for our family as it is close to restaurants, grocery shopping, and very central to anything you want to do.

Loved this property!

Enjoyed a weekend getaway with family, we had such a wonderful time here! House was just as pictured, clean and welcoming! Perfect location from both lido beach and siesta key. Owner was great with communication as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property!

This place was just as listed and pictures match property. Communication with property manager was very good. Pool was very nice. We did not eat in but kitchen had everything needed to make dinner at home. Very private home with fence that allowed for privacy while in the home. Neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again if available.

Great pool, clean and perfect for my 5

My wife, three kids (14, 12 & 7) and 6 lb Chihuahua had a great experience. Clean house, nice beds and beautiful screened in pool. We had most dinners out by the pool and the kids loved it. We would recommend it and stay again.
