Our group really enjoyed our stay and included a range of ages, from 20 up to 90. The home was perfect and had amenities to keep all of us happy. I appreciated that the house is one level and easily accessible for my elderly dad, who was able to sit in the sun and escape our Midwest winter for a bit. My college-aged kids enjoyed the bikes and nearby beaches. The treadmill in the garage was a nice perk too!The location of this house is very nice- just a few minutes to beaches and amazing seafood restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood where the neighbors waved to us in the mornings. When a cold snap came through, the optional pool heater made it so we could still enjoy the pool and be comfortable. Overall, Carrie’s home is a gem with everything you want nearby. The available amenities and extras (bikes, treadmill, beach accessories, etc.) should make the decision to stay here an easy one!

We loved this place! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and the location is great!. The pool was warm and the backyard is a great hangout spot.. Carrie was very easy to work with and always responded quickly.

We rented this home over Christmas to accommodate visiting family, and it worked out perfectly. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We would absolutely rent again and highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our stay. We unfortunately did not have the time or the weather to enjoy the pool, the bikes or the other amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed The hosts made check in and out seamless and were responsive with any questions. The house is conveniently located near Siesta Key, good restaurants and downtown Sarasota.

Carrie was very sweet. Her home was beautiful!!! It was 10/10 clean and had all the amenities you could ever need! We really enjoyed the outside area and watching a hockey game outside!!! Only issue was i wished the pool got full sun for the day!! Lol. But thats mother nature. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Home Away From Home

Just what you want in a place away from home. The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and well maintained. The owner was very responsive when asked questions. Just a short drive to the beach and a relaxing place to retire after a long day in the beach town.

Lovely stay

The property was just as listed and was very nicely maintained. The pool was clean and with it being covered helped to enjoy it without bugs and debris. We had some minor things come up that the hosts were quick to reply and address. Will definitely recommend to others visiting the area and for ourselves if back that way! Thank you for a great stay!

Spring Break

This was our first time staying in Siesta Key. This home was perfect for us, as a family with 3 teens and a 10 year old. It had all the comforts of home and the host was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. It was very clean, well equipped, and felt safe. The outside area is so great! It was my favorite “room” to be in. We did walk to the beach, but driving was necessary when we wanted to make a beach trip because it would be quite a trek with beach supplies. It was kind of the best of both worlds, close to beautiful beaches but a relaxing home base for family time.

Wonderful time.

House was well appointed and very comfortable. Everything you need was there bikes, beach chairs, towels, even kayaks. Nice neighborhood and close to many beaches and activities but you do need a car. Traffic is heavy but that has nothing to do with the property it’s that way everywhere. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful House Close to Siesta Key

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. This home is within two miles of the Cresent Beach public access lot 12. I walked from the house to Cresent Beach every day. The property is well kept. Everyone in my group raved about how comfortable the mattresses were. The property was very clean and all furnishings, including towels, were of great quality. The owner, Carrie, was extremely accommodating. She responded quickly to any questions I had. We had one minor issue during our stay that was quickly addressed and resolved. There are a few restaurants, including a coffee house, that are within a few blocks. Loved this location and highly recommend.

Wonderful home

We visited Sarasota for a family reunion Thanksgiving. The house was perfect. Room for everyone, everything one could possible need from a rental. Quiet neighbor and close to everything. Home was nicely decorated for the season. A lovely touch. Highly recommend staying there.

Perfect for Friends Trip

This property was excellent. It was very clean and wonderfully appointed, even with a few tasteful holiday decorations for the season. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool area was spotless and well kept as well. The house is walking distance from a few restaurants and a quick drive (or a longer walk) to the beach, so it’s ideally located too - in a quiet neighborhood AND close to everything you need. Communication with the host was excellent and timely. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

We had booked another rental in Siesta Key but after the hurricane came thru the rental was cancelled. Luckily we were able to book this house and it was very nice! In the pool everyday! Thank you.. Very comfortable place!

Wonderful!!!

Everything is just perfect for our family with 3 boys of 3 years old, 9 years old and 11 years old. The house is impeccable and we all have what we need. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything. Communication with Carrie was very easy. I highly recommend and I would go back without hesitation.
