Just minutes to St. Armands Circles wonderful shopping and restaurants, beaches and downtown, offering great entertainment and restaurant options, several performing theaters, a comedy club, movie theaters. A bay front park is 1 block away, public tennis courts are 4 blocks away. Convenient!

Property is within a 5 minute radious of all Sarasota's cultural amenities, such as The Ringling Museum of Art (world-class art and grounds), The Historic Asolo Theater, and asThe Van Wezel (well-known entertainers frequently performing, downtown area with lots of restaurants, shopping a comedy club live theaters and Shelby Gardens just to list a few.
We are continuing to update the cottage every year. There is a very comfortable deck off the French doors with out door table and chairs for outdoor dinning We installed a high end air conditioning system which is insanely quite and very efficient. and of course new bedding which we do every year.
