Great Stay!

I stayed at Manatee Lookout with three of my friends in October 2025. We absolutely loved the island as we had never been. I am so glad I had picked this location as we loved how it was quiet but we could still walk to Pine Street. The beach was less than five minutes, and the house was on a canal where we saw manatees. The house was perfect for four people. We will definitely go back and I would love to stay in this house again.

Check in was super easy. Kitchen was nice but cookware was usable but only non stick pan was pretty beat up. Overall it was pretty nice. Plenty of dishes for everyone.

This was a great property for our family. The location is awesome,with a short walk to Bean Point beach and not having to struggle to find a parking place near the beach. The pool was a nice respite around 3pm, when the corner of the pool started to get afternoon shade. Pine Street also very close, making the morning coffee run to North Shore Cafe easy. True to it's name, we did see manatees right off the little dock that overlooks the canal.

Anniversary Beach get away.

The house was in a great location. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice and once the pool was cleaned it was very enjoyable.

Our second time at Manatee Lookout

We LOVED staying at Manatee Lookout again this year, when we visited our daughter for Parents' Weekend. It is the perfect house -- quick walk to the beach, lovely pool, manatees to watch every morning from the rocking chairs on the canal. Quiet, peaceful property, well maintained and well located for both easy access to shops and restaurants and a homey stay.

It is a spacious property!

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The heated pool was awesome. It was less than a 10 min walk to get to the beach for sunset.

The location was great. The primary bedroom was very warm and didn’t cool down like the other rooms. Many outlets didn’t work inside or outside. We had to run the golf cart extension cord into the house one night. The bottom step on the outside stairs needs to be replaced. The house was nice, we had everything we needed.

Memorable Holiday!

Seabreeze vacations enabled my family and I to have a most enjoyable, memorable and relaxing holiday. The property was perfect for us, including our twin seven year old boys. We even heard the manatee off the private dock one evening, splashing in the water! We would love to return one day.

Great Experience

Sea Breeze went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Every detail was thought out before arrival. Check in/out was seamless. They stayed connected with friendly notices and reminders to make sure our needs were met. The property was well maintained and lived up to its billing. Overall a great experience.

Cute Property in Quiet Neighborhood

The property is cute and in a very quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of a canal in the back. Three bedrooms and bathrooms. The few maintenance issues we had were fixed promptly. Would recommend.

We will be coming back!

Manatee Lookout location was perfect, water access for fishing and kayaking, close to all the action of Pine St. A few blocks to the best beach on AMI. If you can get this property, do it. The communications and customer service was the best we have experienced in AMI. We will be coming back!

Great location and accommodations

Rental Company: Simple booking, check-in/check-out process, responsive when we had an AC issues in the home. Pricing was cheaper than other comparable properties. House: Manatees off the dock everyday. Dock is a bit tricky for young anglers to fish on the canal. Pool was fantastic with sunbathing ledge. Beach chairs, buggy, umbrella, sand toys, and some rafts provided. Location super close to Bean Point, Pine, and Rod & Reel Pier. Beds comfortable, Kitchen stocked with everything we needed.

Family had a great week! House was spacious and comfortable. 5 min walk to beach. Wagon, chairs & umbrella provided. 2 recommendations….label light switches. Guessing game of what’s what especially pool light. Solar lights out back. Contact with office was quick & efficient

We will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation at the manatee lookout! We shared the house with another family, 4 adults and 3 kids total and was the perfect size. The location was super convenient to beach access and pine street. We rented a golf cart which got us around the island all week. There were quite a few ants in the house and upstairs air seemed to work but not blow cool. We never contacted maintenance. The staff was kind and was able to get us in before checkout time. Highly recommend and will be back

Great location in AMI

This home was nice for our family for the week. Great location on AMI. About a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Beach access location is pretty quiet so was never super busy. Good size pool and screened in porch was very nice. Kitchen is stocked well for cooking. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided along with lots of beach chairs, a wagon, and tent. On the downside, during low tide, the canal directly behind the house smelled awful, so evening swims were out. We were also not able to enjoy the pool or outdoors after dark as there were zero working lights in or around the pool. We reported this on our first day and although maintenance showed quickly, they were not able to fix it so it remained an issue throughout our stay. Hopefully they are able to get this fixed before the next guests arrive.

Lovely & Peaceful Stay

Loved it overall. Stayed for a week. Nice the garage was covered on those rainy or extra sunny days, kept car cool. Spacious and very clean overall.The house and location was great. Quiet neighborhood, very family oriented. The beach is right down the street, so just walked every day to see the sunset. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was nice. There were nightlights and the palm trees inside had their own spot lights that could be used as nightlights too. Washer & dryer and SeaBreeze leaves pods for the washer and dish washer. You honestly only have to pickup groceries and drinks, they pretty much cover everything else. Only once did we notice a bit of a smell while in the pool but it was low tide and it didn’t bother too much. Communicating went smoothly. Did try to do a late check out but I notified them that morning and then didn’t get back to me until the afternoon when ever other time communication was quick. The cleaning staff was already outside waiting in their vehicle almost an hour before check out & you see SeaBreeze trucks Checking to make sure guest have checked out and cleaning crews are present. Overall would love to rent again.

If i had my way, we wouldn't have left. It has everything you need. The pool and dock were hits with our family. We saw manatee multiple times right by the dock, and dolphins our first day. It didn't list it, but the house did come with multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to use. I would note that it got kinda warm during the day, just downstairs. That could have been us, not sure, but not that big of a deal. Also, they supply you with one towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel, power person. We were there for 5 days and had enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dish washing tablets, and laundry washing tablets to last. If you stay longer or have a bigger group, you may need to pick a few things up. No worries though, there's Publix... at every corner lol, but only one on the island. You're within walking distance to restaurants, piers, and right around the corner from Bean Point. We loved it!

This home is beautiful, with a quiet neighborhood and lots of room for guests to spread out and socialize. Pool is lovely. Within easy walking distance to Bean Point. Quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out instructions were thorough and clear and well marked.

Most definitely staying here again!

The house was amazing location and amenities. Very spacious and great for multiple families to all have space. The walk to the beach was less than 5 mins and easy to get to. We able to enjoy a manatee the first morning swim up and through the week. The house included all the items needed in the kitchen for meals. The screened porch was great to sit on morning and night and, the area was quite. Location to local stores and restaurants were great too. Definitely will stay here again!

A fantastic property! Can't wait to go back

We could not be happier with our stay at Manatee Lookout. The house was a short distance from the beach path. The area of the beach was not crowded and a beautiful section. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our week stay. We were lucky enough to see manatees at the dock one morning and enjoyed seeing plenty of fish as well. The pool was perfect for afternoon swims!! We can't wait to go back!!!
