We absolutely loved our stay at “The Cozy Cottage” on Lido Key! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The upstairs 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment was spotless, cozy, light, airy, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and even the washer and dryer had everything we needed to feel completely at home during our stay. One of the best parts was the location — literally just steps from the beautiful white sand beach. Morning walks, sunsets, shell collecting, and relaxing by the water were all so easy and convenient. The host also thoughtfully provided everything needed for the beach in the garage, including chairs, towels, coolers, carts, and more, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The apartment truly had a warm “home away from home” feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and every little detail was carefully thought out. We also loved being just a short walk from beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its amazing restaurants, shops, and atmosphere. Lisa was absolutely wonderful — extremely helpful, responsive, and excellent with communication throughout our stay. She truly made us feel welcome and cared for. She is the best! This property was exactly as described — honestly, even better in person. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway on Lido Key.

Wonderful stay. Very clean, cozy apartment just steps from Lido Beach and the shops and restaurants in St. Armand’s circle. Great host. Would love to come back here to stay again.

Wonderful getaway!

We had such a nice visit to this magical cottage that had everything to make your home away from home perfect. It is in a perfect local to walk to town/shopping and super close to the beach! We loved every second of our stay!

Charming cottage vibe

This property is very nice and is in a great location. We walked to Armand Circle for dinner every night and had an easy walk to the beach. We came for a workshop in downtown Sarasota, which is only a 10 minute commute. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Linda

Steps away from Lido Beach

We loved this property and location. Beautiful and cozy decor. You’ll have everything you need for a perfect vacation. The area is quiet on a beautiful street 1 block from the beach. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Location Location, Location!

Adorable one bedroom apartment in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Such easy access to beach and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on St Armand’s. Communication with host was great! Can’t wait to return next year.

Excellent bungalow

Excellent bungalow for 2, immaculate, cozy and comfortable and decorated coastal. 2 blocks walk to Armand Circle and Publix very close by car. Highly recommend and plan to stay again. Owner very respond and helpful

Great place that’s an easy walk to all things Lido:)

Great little apartment that is super close to the beach and St Armand’s Circle. Such a cute place. Very clean. It was so nice to have a grill and deck to use. Also the dog bowls and toys are such a sweet touch.

Absolutely Amazing!

Lisa is a wonderful owner! Everything was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. The cottage was exactly as described! Lisa will take care of you!All amenities were included and then some! We had breakfast or drinks on the deck every day and loved the living room to just hang out!Everything was clean and well maintained! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Don’t settle for an expensive run of the mill hotel room, stay here!!

A perfect retreat

The cozy bungalow was a delightful beach retreat! The host was great to work with and had everything we could have ever needed ready for us. It was a super quick walk to the beach, and equally as quick to St Armands Circle for dinner, drinks or shopping. The decor was beachy and cheerful and made for a perfect beach week. We can’t wait to go back next year!
