We loved this place . Only a few things could be better. The sofa and love seat is a little worn and could use better pillows for the beds. Other than that its a very nice place

Beautiful, as described and pictures, condo with unobstructed views of the beautiful beach/ocean. Easy access to and from the beach with plenty of beach chairs/equipment to use during your stay. Our family of 4 had more than enough room for the week we were there. The rental is walking distance to Bridge street, so no need for a car if you don’t have one. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a wonderful experience to get around the island. The rental company called ahead of time and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future when visiting the island!

Great location across from the beach and home nicely updated, but we had some issues. The check-in instructions showed a picture of the designated parking space #4, but that was wrong. We had to move to #2. The 2 parking spots beneath the building were small for a truck and the ceiling is also low so be careful with tall antennas; ours almost broke. After we climbed the stairs with our luggage, the code we entered to go inside did not work. Had to call the management company for a new code, which they quickly supplied. Inside was well stocked and pretty clean with comfortable seating in the living room. The oven did not work so we had to call and was told to reset the breaker, which worked. The refrigerator was set too high and our food was not cooling, so despite the instructions on the door, we turned the temperature way down so that it worked correctly. Upstairs were two bedrooms, a very large spacious master with a pretty comfortable king bed and a nice bath. However, the second bedroom is unusually small and more suitable for children than two adults. The queen bed has a plastic cover on it that crunches every time you move, so that was not good. We also had to utilize the extra fan we found in a closet in that room because you could not operate the ceiling fan at night without the lights also being on (not wired correctly). The location is within walking distance to the Bridge Street restaurants and the dock where we caught the water ferry to Bradenton for dinner.

Rescheduled getaway

We traveled as a family of 5 for the long Memorial holiday weekend after a last minute spring break reschedule due to our daughter’s surgery. We had to cancel and reschedule less than one week out from our original dates and the host company was INCREDIBLY understanding, accommodating and helpful! Five weeks later we traveled and enjoyed every minute of our stay in unit 4. The view was incredible, the house was spacious and it was well stocked with every possible thing you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, a cooler). We rented a golf cart and that was not only fun, but a great mode of transportation to the shops, restaurants, etc. The one thing I would suggest is to have the kitchen stocked with some basics such as cooking spray, salt and pepper, coffee filters….. We did a huge food shop at the Publix when we got there and it would have been helpful to not have to purchase those types of items that we cannot travel home with or finish. Hopefully the cleaning crew left for the next family. Overall though the trip was wonderful, the unit is really spacious and well decorated and the view from the 2 large decks is BEAUTIFUL! I am ready to go back with my family to those incredible emerald waters. Thank you SeaBreeze for your assistance, check-ins to make sure we had everything needed and especially accommodating our last minute date change. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Great Location and View

We had a wonderful stay while we attended a family wedding nearby. Coffee on the deck was enjoyable with the beautiful ocean view. Clean and comfy… I would recommend this VRBO

Beautiful property with fantastic views

The place was absolutely beautiful inside. Plenty of space for our family of four with ample room to spread out. The multiple balconies were great! Fantastic views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The location of the property was in between two of the more crowded beaches so our beach was quiet and perfect. Shopping and dining were also within walking distance and the free trolley was right next to the building for anything farther away. I would also like to note that there was a lot of beach items stored in the covered garage area which was something I didn’t realize was available. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards were all there for us to use during our stay. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this property. Everything was exactly like the pictures. I do feel like things could’ve been a little cleaner, especially the floors, we accidentally move the couch because it had shifted around and underneath it look like had not been swept vacuumed in a long time. Also, several places on the stairs look like they had not been Swept/vacuumed. I cleared some dust bunnies in the corners myself. However, otherwise, a very great property, we would stay here again. We did have one problem with one of the sliding glass doors not working properly and did have the problem fixed the same day. The only common about that as we were not told when the repair people would show up and apparently they were there when we were gone , slightly unnerving that someone had been in with us being able to secure any of our belongings. Communication could have been better. But overall the property and everything described is just like the listing. We love it and would probably return to this location.

Sunset Landings Unit 2

Great location. Very short walk to beach. Unit was very nice and as shown in pictures, very clean. The only thing missing were door mats to avoid tracking in so much sand. We used a beach towel. It would have been helpful to have a casserole dish. Plenty of pans and pots were available. Nice assortment of beach equipment although we brought our own! So did not need it. Would stay here again!

Nice location and beautiful place.

Zero pans/ovenware in the house. Kitchen well stocked otherwise. I would recommend a rug or two. The tile was constantly gritty, because there were no inside rugs. Also, upon cleaning a spill on kitchen floor, the floors need a good cleaning. Other than that, our stay was fabulous. Very enjoyable location and place.

Beautiful sunset landing #2

Absolutely beautiful property top of the line finishes wonderful appliances everything you need for the perfect vacation. Very modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again in fact we’ve already reserved for next year! Highly recommend

This property was everything it was advertised to be. Recently remodeled inside, walk across the street to the beach and well equipped. Only downfall is the outside needs some TLC but it didn’t affect our stay in the least!

Beach vacation Nov 29-Dec 3

Great location. Easy walk to beach/bars/restaurants/shops. Property management was very responsive to emails/phone calls to fix issues that popped up (stove, curtain rods, vent mildew). Easy Uber/lyft rides to north part of Anna Maria Island.

Lovely stay on our favorite island

My wife and I have stayed numerous times with, and finally one trip without, on AMI. This trip was one for the books. Aside from the Tropical storm that hit the island, the stay couldn’t have been better. The property was clean, stunning views and a great location across from Cortez beach. Also the property management company y was ON POINT. Communicated well and made the whole process easy. Can’t wait to come back!!
