  • 1925 fue la mitad de los locos años 20, vio abrir la primera tienda Sears, se fundó Chrysler Corporation, se publicó The Great Gatsby y se construyó nuestra "Casita del Sol". Avance rápido al siglo XXI. Esta casa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño aún conserva su encanto vintage pero con toques modernos. Convenientemente ubicado cerca del centro de Sarasota en Bahia Vista con unidades fáciles a Lido Key, nuestra mundialmente famosa Siesta Key o I-75 para aventuras más largas.

    La cocina está abierta con encimeras de granito y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos con refrigerador, estufa de vidrio, horno de microondas y lavaplatos. Se incluye todo para que su estancia sea cómoda. Cafetera Krups para café sin complicaciones, todos los utensilios, ollas y sartenes, tetera y una tostadora.

    Disfrute viendo la televisión de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas y manténgase en contacto con el mundo con Internet WI-FI. Descansa junto a la piscina privada o disfruta de las hermosas tardes en la terraza con tu bebida favorita. ¡Mascota amigable! Hasta 2 perros de tamaño mediano. This is our second time staying here and it is relatively quiet (some traffic noise), private, clean, updated and quite a nice little paradise. We just really love this place and would stay again!

Great Stay

Had a great stay. Very comfortable, quaint & clean house with all the amenities that could possibly be needed. Great location to the beaches, downtown area, shops and restaurants. Will book again when we are back in the area.

The house is really cute and has a cozy homey feel. The pool was just right for the 2 of us and very clean. The house is centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed our stay

Close to medical facilities and Amish restaurant

Had everything needed for our 4 days there. Nice outside space and shaded patio. Perfect for our time there.

We had an awesome time staying at this cute house! It was perfect and had everything we needed. The kitchen was so well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The pool was amazing! We have no complaints and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!

A very well stocked property, the bed was the comfiest one we have ever slept in and we have been coming to Florida for 40 yrs. The sofa was a little uncomfortable and very lumpy.

Family time

We had a very enjoyable stay. The décor of the house is very welcoming and comforting. We especially enjoyed having a pool on the property. The property manager is very good at promptly communicating to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.

Great vacation home with everything you need to enjoy yourself! The pool was warm and clean. The patio was comfortable and enjoyable all day and night. Close to everything in Sarasota and strata key!

Cozy and Convenient

Had a great stay at this house! A small footprint with everything you need; a pool, shaded sitting area, and cozy accommodations. Equally convenient to St Armands and Siesta Beach. Host was responsive and provided everything we needed. Would definitely return.
