    Newly remodeled home with three beds and two full bathrooms. Two very spacious living areas, dining room, kitchen dinette. Beautiful kitchen with new appliances and extended bar area.
    Everything you'll need including, TVs in every room, towels, beach towels, laundry room, etc.

    Beautiful lanai and patio for extra spaces to relax. Patio includes a grill, chaise lounge chairs, and patio chairs.

It was an unforgettable and wonderful vacation. Checking in was quick and easy. The house was very clean and well-prepared. Everything needed for a carefree holiday and a comfortable stay was provided in abundance. The host responded quickly and effectively to any minor questions that arose. We lacked nothing. Two weeks flew by like a single day. We will definitely be back! A big thank you to the hosts.

Fun in the sun

the property was very clean and in a great location, we especially enjoyed the bag game and beach equipment. Wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at this home was everything we imagined! It was clean, organized, stocked quite well, comfortable and quiet. It was such a short drive to Siesta Key which was great! Beach chairs were comfy and the umbrella worked well. We were low on coffee and Chris immediately sent us more. We have zero complaints !

Home was clean. Kitchen had all the necessary items. There were plenty of linens, beach towels and chairs/ umbrella for beach. Air conditioning was effective for home. Our host answered all questions promptly.

Home away from home

Nice, clean property close to beaches with all the amenities of home. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and promptly resolved a couple of minor maintenance issues that popped up during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice House

Very comfortable with many extras, such as a full spice rack, wagon and chairs to take to the beach, and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Visited many beaches and took advantage of the beach supplies that were there for us! House was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

A Wonderful Home in a Great Location

We were really enjoyed staying in Chris's house, the location is fantastic for Siesta Key and Lido Key beach's as well as for shopping and restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

Home away from home

Great rental, clean & cozy. Any questions were promptly answered & very helpful. This property has a quiet back patio and secluded with just a few minutes from Siesta Key Beach and all the fun!

Perfect rental house

The property was very clean and fully equipped! Awesome location, close to everything you need including good restaurants and beaches. Very pleasant communication with Chris. We enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this rental.

Cute spot, nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again. The house next door is a vacation rental too. It makes it very loud in the master bedroom.
