Highly recommend this property - Fantastic host who was extremely accomodating, responsive, and helpful - supplied anything we asked for - the house is clean, very nicely furnished and comfortable, we loved the back yard - especially the pool and hot tub. Good locationWe would rent this property again.

The pool and hot tub are as advertised and very well maintained. The hot tub was great and everything easy to operate. We commented to each other often how the hosts have really thought of everything in and out of the home and clearly take pride in hosting. Super comfortable!Also, we had two small dogs and the backyard is completely enclosed and safe.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family of five and our dog. The backyard was definitely the highlight — we loved spending time in the heated pool and hot tub. The location was great as well, close to restaurants, a nice park for walking, the YMCA for workouts, and several beaches. Luis was very easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d happily stay here again!

Had a great time at Costal on Hyde! Good location on a quiet and relaxing street. Luis was very responsive and their knowledge of the area was a great help. Would definitely stay again.

Month long escape from winter!

We stayed with our 4 month only baby. Between saltwater pool & hot tub and the proximity to the walking path in Arlington Park, each wake window was full of fun! Trips into downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key & the Aqaurium were highlights, along with the use of the community centre courts for tennis, pickle ball and lap swimming. We had great communication from the host and felt well taken care of! It was an amazing month!

A Perfect Week!

We had a wonderful week at Coastal on Hyde! We were a group of four with two local family members dropping in for an early Christmas celebration. The house is open and spacious, beautifully decorated, with cozy furniture for family time and everything you can need to feel at home. the pool and spa were fabulous and private. We went to Siesta Key Beach several times, and they had all we could need in the garage. Chairs, umbrellas, etc. The location was super convenient! Everywhere we needed to go was within 10-15 away. Nice are to walk, and there is a park just steps away. We highly recommend!!!! Also loved Casa Masa for amazing tacos, SKOB for live music and great seafood, and Bavaro's for Italian (we door dashed). Thanks to Luis and Shirley for a wonderful week!!

Thanksgiving trip

My husband and I stayed here with our labradoodle. The house was very clean and super cute! The location was perfect. There is a walking trail just up the road perfect for walking our dog. She loved it! Beautiful backyard, perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. We hosted Thanksgiving with our college daughter and 4 of her college friends, Everyone was super comfortable there and we had a wonderful holiday. The hosts were very gracious and checked in to make sure we were having a great stay. Would book here again.

Wonderful Place

While our trip was a quick one - just in town for daughter’s regatta, this place exceeded our expectations. Bright, well appointed and spacious enough for my husband, myself and our pup. The hosts were easy to get hold of and responsive - not to mention thoughtful, having a crate and bed (complete with a couple of toys and water/food bowls) set up for our dog. My daughter especially enjoyed the record player and guitar- made it feel like home. Back yard was a wonderful treat, especially after a full day out at the regatta and in hot sun! Also in proximity to some wonderful, non-strip mall/chain food - excellent sushi and phenomenal Polish bakery within a few minutes drive. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back down here for State championships in April!

Sarasota House near Arlington Park

This is a beautiful house in a great location. My family and I felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Our host was extremely responsive and obviously interested in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is well laid out, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The location makes it easy to get to any of the local attractions. And the pool with spa is exceptional, we used it every day. Sarasota is a great place to vacation. Lots to do, beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We all had a wonderful time and would return any time.

An excellent choice

I booked this home for three weeks in February; it was perfect. I had various subgroups of family visit throughout this time, and all combinations of family were nicely accommodated (infants, preschoolers, adolescents). I also brought my Boston Terrier pup, Rosie. She truly enjoyed the gorgeous fenced in backyard; it was doggy heaven. Louis and Shirley provided additional amenities: A dog crate and bed, dog bowls, treats, as well as a nice pack n play for our baby. They also shared with us their thoughts on restaurants and best pizza! I would truly describe Luis and Shirley as super hosts hosting a super home. Awesome location, too!

Wonderful

Property was great. Decorated beautifully. Best home away from home. When I looked out the kitchen window into the beautiful back yard the glass was so clean I had to check the glass to make sure it was there. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent vacation

The house offers everything you need for your perfect holiday. It is in the quite neighbourhood with a short drive to everywhere you need. It was clean, modern, very well equipped and spacious. We had an amazing time and hopefully will return one day.

Lovely stay!!

Lovely house. Loved the decor and had absolutely everything needed. Very thoughtful of what was available, even a few waters and snacks when we arrived. Owners very hospitable. Centrally located and easy to get around. Very convenient. Loved it! Would stay again.
