Fabulous

We loved the property! It was nicely updated, clean, spacious, and was in a great location. Very close to Lido beach, and nearby shopping. The owner supplied everything you can think off, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, outdoor grill, and more. Nearby family was very impressed. We’re recommending this home to family and friends looking for a rental in Sarasota!

A really nice house!

On first entering the property, I was a little concerned about the slight mildew smell. But that is fairly typical for Florida and we easily got used to it. The overall pluses of the property certainly made up for it! Nice kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds, clean, so overall a wonderful stay

Hacienda del Sol was a great home base

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit was great. The location allowed us to walk to the Ed Smith stadium. The central location to downtown was great. We left some firewood for the next guest!

Great place; great location

Cute, spacious house, bright and sunny, nicely decorated, very clean, comfy beds.Beautiful Payne Park is walking distance, Pompano pickleball courts within a mile, close to Legacy Trail, nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly neighbors and the location is the best!

Home Away From Home

This house had everything we needed: clean, spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, inside and outside seating, close to family and attractions we went to. Hopefully we'll be back another time. This place is close to downtown Sarasota and the Legacy Trail for walkers and bikers to enjoy the great outdoors.

Great find!

This house was perfect for our family. It was one of the nicer rentals I’ve stayed at. Each room was cozy, the house had everything we need, and the neighborhood was great. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfy

Very nice layout and well suited for our needs. Also enjoyed the location in a quiet neighborhood with reasonable privacy. Only issue we had was dishwasher did not clean loads when we used it but that was a minor issue.

Checks all the boxes for a vacay spot

Check-in was super easy. The house was clean and well stocked to get us going for our four week stay. Plenty of room for all of the guests. Cooking was breeze with nice variety of pans, storage containers and utensils. Nice fenced yard and screened from porch area. Large sitting room and table for game play or eating. The linens were clean and not stained. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly and this is walking distance to Payne Park. Mile and a quarter from the shops and food on Main Str. Great beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Sarasota has great beaches and the location of the house is very close to the beaches and we had everything we needed for our beach trips. during our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean , kitchen,dining room and living room are very well organized. Patio has sitting areas and grill . The only two issues we noticed and would like to provide feedback about are the conditions of the split ac filters and the smell of the house. The former can be solved just cleaning the filters on regular basis, the later is most likely related to the humidity levels inside the house that may require keeping the ac at lower degrees.

Wedding week stay

We rented this listing for a week for my son's wedding in Sarasota. Very nicely decorated and updated open space. It was great and the bedrooms all had a bathroom they could use. They also had great closet space for all of our items. The deck definitely needs some help. Holes and soft spots. We could have fallen through a few times and is a liability. The cable situation could be more communicated. We should not have to put in our own app sign ins and at least have cable in bedroom too. Man cutting grass before 10am on Monday morning and we were not told. Again, more communication. Overall, we loved the large backyard and the neighborhood. Close to downtown. Would recommend to my friends and I would stay here again.

Nice clean property near downtown Sarasota

The property itself was quite nice. Lots of space and privacy. Very clean and well laid out. The neighborhood was ok, nice to be close to downtown. Having rented many properties in the past the one suggestion I would like to make is to perhaps have some basic amenities such as salt and pepper. We purchased some and left at the property for the next guest. It is also nice to have some plastic wrap or foil. Prior to making the reservation I had specifically asked about beach chairs which they did have, however the chairs were very uncomfortable, I suggest they invest in some better chairs for the property. The backyard needed some tending to. The cushions on the backyard furniture was dirty so we sat on some towels. We did enjoy our stay in beautiful Sarasota.

Nice Home

The house was outfitted well and very nicely decorated with a great layout. There was a beautiful, fresh bouquet of flowers on the table when we arrived. We had a few questions and Debbie was quick to respond. Troy was very helpful as well. The neighbors were friendly and gave us recommendations on restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. You could tell it is a neighborhood in transition as many of the homes had recently been updated and more were in the process of being remodeled. It is a nice location being close to downtown, restaurants and stores.
