Nice house

The house was a nice comfortable place to stay. It is located a short drive from beaches and restaurants. The enclosed back yard area is nice and is lighted for night time use.

Our favorite place to stay in Sarasota

This is a nice comfortable home in a good location in Sarasota. It is located near to beaches, shops and restaurants. We travel with two dogs and this house is ideal for them with the fenced in back yard. The management team is the most helpful and cordial that we have dealt with. We will likely stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious and centrally located

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely remodeled home is very comfortable and centrally located. Minutes from Siesta Key and Sarasota attractions. Large fenced-in back yard was perfect for our dog. Owner was very responsive. Would stay again.

perfect!

I absolutely loved our stay here at Colby's property. The house was in a fantastic neighborhood extremely close to everything and it was beautifully furnished with anything you could need! It was one of the cleanest Vrbo's I have stayed in and the host Colby was very helpful with the questions I had beforehand. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future and if you need a place in Sarasota I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautifully upgraded home

Loved our annual weekend in Siesta Key. We go every year, and enjoyed this home - about 15 mins to Siesta Beach and the village, the home has been recently renovated and very well done. 3 comfortable beds, great showers, spacious comfy living area, beautiful kitchen with almost everything we needed (other than dish towels or something to get hot stuff out of the oven), and 4 big TVs. Great place to chill after a long hot day at the beach. Had a great time!

Home was clean, beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to our messages and immediately responded to our concerns. Location is only a few minutes to beach and close to grocery store. Highly recommended.

Overall decent listing, but the place had mosquitoes from the indoor house plants and the couch is old. We also received a long laundry list of chores for our checkout process.

A Very Nice Experience

The house was exactly as it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. It had all the cooking utensils that we needed. All in all, I. would have no problem recommending this house to anyone.

Serviceable

Although many upgrades have clearly been done, a few of the features seemed incomplete or done slap- dash. The all-rock back yard was great for us because we have dogs but there was a jacuzzi with the lid off full of gross water. Master bath was amazing. Furniture was comfy.

Great family getaway

Only 15 min drive to siesta key beach, very comfortable family friendly house on quiet street adjacent to Tamiami highway. Primary bedroom spacious w great shower, 2 additional bedrooms also nice size for guests. Mailbox at residence was down so property address was not immediately visible when arriving. Primary bedroom mattress very firm for those who prefer cushion top or memory foam mattress at home. Very clean house overall.

Perfect Home for our Stay

Not that we needed anything, but the owner is very responsive to all communication. Just wanted to get there out there. The place was just perfect for our needs. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms -- Two showers. Home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room at the kitchen counter, or dinner table or around the couch for late night movie watching. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything! Blocks from Grocery and Starbucks should you have the need and (depending on traffic) a short drive to the coastal beaches. Would definitely stay there again!

Sarasota house

This house is pretty much as described. There is a hot tub but it is not been functioning for some time. There’s a grill but it did not seem to been used recently either.The location is good but there are no sidewalks in the immediate neighborhood. The backyard is gravel and seashells if your dog has sensitive feet you may want to consider that.

Great Place!

We stayed for Spring break with our daughter and her friends. The house was clean and comfortable except the floors but there were supplies there so we swept and mopped. There weren’t enough sheets and towels for our group so I contacted the owner and he had brand new ones delivered that afternoon. It said there were two air mattresses but there was only one so we bought one and left it there. Ten minute drive to Siesta Key except ended up being 25 during the day on spring break. Communication was good with the owner. We would stay there again! Nice home.

Spacious & recently remodeled

Very spacious; perfect for a large family. A few minor improvements would make it even more perfect: 1. A recyling bin in the inside 2. More trash receptacles throughout 3. Blinds on the front & back doors 4. MBR matress too hard for older patrons 5. More washcloths 6. Floor mat outside of shower 7. Dish towels 8. A dish drain 9. Tighten refrigerator door handle

No power

Host discovered on day of arrival that the power had not been turned on. Tried to contact us be email, but we didn't get the mail before we went to check in. Too late to make other arrangements, seven of us squeezed into a two room apt. Next day we contracted for another rental, were told it was confirmed, and as we set out, were then told it was canceled. Hostess said it was a mistake of double listing. We sought other rentals, only to find that all within our price range were allready taken. We gave up and imposed ourselves on friendsl By far the most unsatisfactory experience ever in seeking a rental property.

Well supplied!

The house was well laid out and was very well supplied. The master bedroom was huge with a wonderful closet and bathroom. Loved the large table for everyone to gather for meals and conversation. Washer and dryer very nice! The renters before us apparently had 3 dogs that were very problematic. There was dog hair all over the couch, the blankets had dog stench, the bathroom dog hair all over it. They must have kept them there when they went somewhere. Anyway, my sister in law spent the first 2 days cleaning, airing out the house, washing sheets and blankets, burning candles and spraying fabreeze to get rid of it. The propane tanks were empty, and although we wanted to cook out, didn’t want to spend $25 to fill a tank for 1 time use. The hot tub really needs to be removed or at least covered with a tarp so animals don’t get in there and die. A window fell out, we went to buy duct tape to tape it back in, they did come and fix it the next day. After the expenses of purchasing things for repairs and oder removing and the time to clean things, it was a wonderful place to stay. Hopefully, the next renters will be more thoughtful about pets and the cleaners more thorough cleaning up after them. Check in and communication was good!
