The house was very clean (new) and comfortable. All the extra toys were appreciated and made the rental top notch…from beach toys to fishing gear. And kayaks too! The Hot tub was hot and pool perfect. The sunsets and bird watching were delightful.

We had the very best stay here!! It was truly perfect - perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect space. My husband and I came with our two little girls and they were so happy to have a playroom to themselves - and it and the perfect amount of stocked toys already there for them to enjoy. There were beach towels and sand toys for us to use, and plenty of kitchen items for us to make meals there. The backyard is gorgeous and the pool was fantastic - we used it every day! The pictures don’t do justice to how large this space is - we could have easily fit another family in! Quick drive to Siesta Key and Venice Beach, 2 min drive to a Publix and a 20 min drive to the airport. Definitely recommend - we’ll be back!

We had a beautiful vacation with family here. The home is lovely, clean, and has a nice pool. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings and waterfront views. The location is great and a short drive to the beaches. Host was very accommodating with check in /out. We would stay here again!

Our stay at this home was absolutely incredible! The views were just as beautiful as pictured, and the house itself was spotless, neat, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated that the property is dog-friendly, the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs to be outside with us worry-free.The host was wonderful, always extremely responsive and quick to get back to us with anything we needed. The location was also ideal, with a grocery store nearby and perfectly situated between Venice and Sarasota.We truly appreciated all the thoughtful extras the property offered to make guests feel at home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot – Even Better the Second Time!

This was our second year staying at this incredible home, and we already can’t wait to return. The owners are always so friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues. The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a breathtaking view, you honestly don’t even have to leave to feel like you’re on vacation.It’s perfectly located near amazing restaurants (we especially loved Deep Lagoon), but some of our best memories came from just relaxing at the house. My son loved catching crabs off the dock, and we all enjoyed watching the peaceful sunrises and sunsets every day. Mornings with breakfast and that view were the perfect start to each day.The pool was sparkling clean with the perfect water temperature, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. My boys were so excited to see how much bigger the kids’ room was this year!We’ve been coming to Sarasota from South Carolina for over 15 years, and this home has quickly become our favorite place to stay. We hope to make this our yearly tradition, it truly feels like a home away from home…with a view and pool!

Paradise!

We had a girls weekend trip and the house was AMAZING. The consensus was that will absolutely be returning and enjoying a little longer stay. You’re about 20-30 minutes from local beaches if you want to go the beach route, but honestly the best part of this house is the whole backyard and the view. The outdoor patio, the furniture by the pool to relax on, the pool and hot tub along with the view- you can’t beat it. We enjoyed staying here so much. Cleanliness was great, beds were comfy, will absolutely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous

Three friends and I stayed here for a week in May. It was wonderful. The house was perfect for the four of us, and very nice. It had everything we needed and more. It is nicely furnished and very clean. We had zero issues during our stay. Quick Uber rides to restaurants and entertainment. Easy to order food and whatever you need for delivery. The pool was lovely. We spent our days lounging outside and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you’re looking for a party house, this isn’t the right house. It is the perfect house for an enjoyable peaceful week with friends! I highly recommend.

This property is awesome. Sergiy was super responsive. Location is great, close to everything for convenience. We are big walkers so the neighborhood was tough to get any walks in. But we made some amazing memories.

Music business

Our daughter was performing her music in Siesta Key so we picked this little gem due to its location, privacy and amenities. There were 4 of us; my husband, oldest daughter, a friend and myself. We all agreed we are glad we did. It allowed us a tranquil retreat in between shows. Morning coffee by the water was my favorite thing about it. Sunsets are beautiful. The host was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property.

Perfect, perfect, PERFECT!

Perfect weather, perfect location, perfect hosts! We stayed 7 nights and didn’t bother with the beach because the pool was amazing and the view could not be topped! When it stormed for a little while we watched from the living room. We watched fish jump and manatees swim. We took the kayaks and the water was so calm. The neighborhood was nice and quiet so you could enjoy the peace of daybreak or relax in the hot tub at night. We brought crabs back from Walt’s fish market which was so good and saved us money to eat at home (restaurant was packed) and the view couldn’t be beat. We liked watching the boats go by. My sons’ loved waving to boats that passed our dock. Sergey and company did a fantastic job replying quickly to any issues, they were minor (kids room door got stuck and pool needed cleaning after lawn service). I think this will be our yearly spot! We left completely relaxed and didn’t want to go 😎. We took hundreds of pics and videos to gosh over ❤️

Beautiful Home

Pictures cannot show how absolutely gorgeous this home is. I can’t say how happy I am with this stay. Modern and extremely clean. The host, Sergiy has thought of everything when it came to furnishing this home. All the cooking utensils you could need, magazines to read, games for the kids, pool noodles, life jackets, kayaks, etc. The beds are super comfortable-best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The host is quick to respond to any questions. The best part-the views! I could’ve spent the entire vacation in the back yard. We seen manatees not far from the dock and seen dolphins out a bit. Even though our stay was cut short by a day due to flight cancelations, this by far has been the best vacation ever. We will be back- the kids and I have decided this is now “our” vacation home.

Beautiful home and amenities

Had a wonderful stay here with family celebrating our parents 70th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the pool, sitting on the dock seeing osprey, sea birds, fish jumping and even a dolphin. A quiet community , so peaceful. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We enjoyed the sunsets every night. We definitely recommend this home. Also the owners were very responsive to any questions

Breathtaking Bayfront

The location is the star. Just such a beautiful view! We saw dolphin and manatee. There are kayaks available and we used them daily, exploring the bay and all the mangroves. This was a vacation with our 2 adult sons and we all had a wonderful time. Heated pool, hot tub and right on the bay - what more could you ask for. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and needs. I would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely waterfront home.

Peaceful and beautiful place

This property was beautifully maintained and updated inside. Very spacious and thoughtful design. The backyard was gorgeous for watching sunsets, seeing flying fish, and swimming in the pool. The screened in patio was so nice. Great location to get to multiple beaches. We went to Siesta Key beach and Venice beach very easily. The owner was great to communicate with. We would love to come back again to visit. It was exactly what we were looking for! We had 3 kids and the bunk room was great for them!
