We had a fantastic stay here in Bradenton. Check-in was a breeze, communication was great, and the house was clean and perfect for our family of 5 with three teens. Travel to Anna Maria Island was super easy from the house and we loved exploring the nearby beaches and other activities.

Excellent property!

We had an amazing vacation at this lovely property. Well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful pool and lanai. Close to beaches and shopping. The host was very helpful and can be easily contacted.

Great house in a great location

This house was in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes driving to a number of beaches. A plus was the pool, which was clean and very enjoyable for all. Would recommend this location.

Elegant, Family Friendly Home

The house was spacious and well furnished for multiple family members including small children. It also had an enclosed outdoor pool and yet was very near the ocean for outdoor water fun. A great choice for playing at the beach or just enjoying the comforts of home!

Wonderful Vacation Home

This home is beautiful! The beds & pillows were so comfy! The shower in the master bedroom is wonderful. The home was very clean & in a wonderful neighborhood located within 5 minutes of the beach! Our favorite part was getting to swim all day & night in the heated pool. We will be back!

another wonderful month

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. It is so quiet and lovely and has everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing experience. As always, Deena was extremely responsive. The house is in a quiet, upscale cul de sac and very well located between beach and town. The pool is fantastic. We appreciated every thoughtful appointment. After our third year there we booked again. Can't wait!

Excellent family vacation home!

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of June 2023. Excellent property with a lovely and good-sized pool. Very nice and quiet location but easy to drive to local attractions and Anna Maria Island. Beautiful master bedroom facilities. More than enough space for everyone (2 grand-parents, 2 couples, 4 young kids). Everything you need for your stay including beach chairs and umbrellas etc., and very professional hosts. Would love to go back one day!

Wonderful stay!

The house especially the pool was perfect for our stay. The kids, three 7 year olds and one 4 year old, loved every second of the pool. It was a great size for them. We also loved the location close to Anna Marie Island and the bay where we could see manatees and beautiful sunsets. Dena was always prompt in answering back with any questions we had.

Relaxing Family Vaca

This house was very clean which is my biggest thing! It looks just as listed and is very spacious. The backyard is roomy and peaceful. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. It’s a short drive to AMI which we loved and about 50mins from Siesta which we also love! The owner was very responsive and even let our dogs come which was so nice. We’re excited to come back next spring!

Family Getaway

Everything was as advertised with plenty of beach, pool and kitchen accessories. Only negative is you have to bring your own TV subscription and we lost connection with the main floor TVs halfway through our stay.

Another great stay.

This is our second year and just as lovely as the first. The home is elegant but comfortable, in a stunning cul de sac, extremely well located to town, beach and beautiful nature. The pool is fabulous! The house lacked nothing. Our kids and grandkids were very happy. Deena our host was incredibly responsive and friendly and easy to work with. Wouldn’t change a thing and were thrilled to rebook for next year.

Family wedding

This house was a perfect fit for our family needs; 7 adults and 4 children. The kids stayed in the upstairs bunkbed room with their parents also staying in the other upstairs bedroom. The remaining 5 adults were comfortable on the main level. The pool was a huge hit with all especially the kids. It would have been used more if it wasn't for the planned events which were scheduled for our family wedding over the 3 days we were there.

A peaceful paradise

We could not have had a more delightful experience. The house is as pictured but so much more. The outdoor area and pool are so lovely. The master bath was amazing. The house is tastefully decorated , well stocked with many thoughtful extras. The cul sac location is quiet and lush. The overall location was ideal to beach and town. And our manager Deena was icing on the cake - incredibly responsive, patient, thoughtful and professional. Would we return? Rebooked before we left!!

"Paradise by the Bay" is just that.

We enjoyed our stay in this vacation home very much. It is beautiful and pride of ownership is obvious. Everything was fresh and new. It is decorated beautifully, supplied with everything you need including an amazing swimming pool, a pac-man arcade game and many board games for those who like to stay active. The lanai is well furnished with comfortable furniture for those who like to relax. The location is perfect. Walk a few minutes and see manatee in the canal and very close to a public park on the ocean where you can fish, and watch the sunset. Also close to Anna Maria Island. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a special vacation and who will leave feeling rested and, perhaps, even pampered.

This property has everything you need or want. It is beautiful. The property manager works very hard to make sure you have a wonderful stay. This is the best Vrbo we have rented. A family of 10 fits comfortably with room to spare.

We had such a great time. The neighborhood was quiet and close a lot of things to do. Anna Maria is a short drive over the bridge. Deena is quick To respond to any questions you may have!

Fabulous rental

Coming to this area for the second year in a row with my sister’s family we needed a home that fit four adults and 8 kids ages 6-16. This property fit the bill! There was enough space for all the different age groups and activities. Teens enjoyed the loft area and the dining table worked great as a kid table while the adults ate outside. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and about a 10 minute drive to the island. We also enjoyed walking to the marina close by and enjoyed watching manatees and sunsets. The owner was so great to work with and quick to respond. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to AMI.
