We stayed here with another family for a soccer weekend. Early on in our stay we were excited, game room was awesome the first night, however on arrival the pool wasn’t even full of water, the pump was running and didn’t have enough water to run properly. I would assume this is an ongoing issue as the pool was freezing and the garden hose was still laying in the pool. The next morning I turned the hose on to fill it but quickly realized the pool was going to be unusable for the weekend. While there is a heater near the pumps, when messaging the managing company we were informed the heater doesn’t work. On top of that th bottom of the pool had a layer of dirt on it that would require a full pool cleaning. After looking again at the reviews it was evident that contacting the property manager was simply going to result in someone coming out and not really taking care of the issue.Another unfortunate issue was the clothes washer. When attempting to wash clothes the washer would trickle out cold water. As long as using hot water it would fill appropriately. So after starting a load in the evening we were hoping to come home to a clean load of laundry and it hadn’t even run the wash cycle by morning.The good, plenty of room and furniture to sit around in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Master bedroom mattress is absolutely horrible, it was like sleeping in a partially deflated air mattress.
