SANDY FEET is a newly renovated & furnished, single-family home wit heated private pool in the heart of Sarasota. The home is 5 miles to the #1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key Beach. It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a large open living & dining area. It sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children comfortably, an ideal set up for 1-2 families.

The fully enclosed outdoor space offers a brand new saltwater pool with lounge chairs, an in-pool umbrella holder, outdoor seating and dining area & a BBQ grill.
A basketball hoop, foosball table, board games, books and pop-up soccer goals keep everyone in the family entertained.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY NOTES: This home includes a private backyard pool. The backyard is fenced, but the pool itself is not separately gated. Pool alarms are installed on doors/windows leading to the backyard and must remain active. Children and non-swimmers must be actively supervised at all times. No glass, diving, rough play, or tampering with pool/heater equipment is allowed.

The pool heater runs on a preset schedule and gradually heats the water during the day. Pool temperature depends on weather, overnight lows, wind, rain, and cloud cover and is not intended to reach hot-tub temperatures.

Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, avoidable service calls caused by misuse, and violations of house rules. Additional details are included in the rental agreement and pre-arrival information.
