This was a lovely two bedrooms apartment. The house was very clean, my wife loved the decor and the coziness of the home, the kitchen is fully equipped (Pots/Pans/silverwares, griddle) in case you wanted to cook anything while you are there. Beach towels, Chairs, Umbrellas, and a washer and drawer were available on site. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a park across the street where you can walk, play tennis/basketball. Perfect location, not too far from the downtown area and Lido Key beach (FYI: Lido has a public parking, do not pay for parking, just keep-on driving until you reach the public parking lot on the right, if heading south).
My only suggestion is to maybe add some curtains in addition to the blinds in the master’s bedroom in case someone wanted to sleep in, its very bright in the morning. Also, I would suggest that the AC system be checked, the air pressure coming from the vent is too strong, the doors open by themselves when the AC starts (My husband is a light sleeper and heard the door creaking open in the middle of the night, he thought it was someone breaking in, but it was the AC. The trick is to leave 2/3 doors open and 1 door shut (We left the bathroom, and the guest bedroom doors open, and shut the door of the bedroom we were sleeping in). Otherwise, we absolutely enjoyed the house and the location, the host was very nice and responded quickly to our questions. We would absolutely book this house again.
