Great Location
Although the property was under construction, we had a great stay. No complaints. Unit was as listed and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely decorated unit.
Nicely decorated unit. Had a wonderful time. Great location. Only small recommendations would be sand anchor for beach umbrella (the one there was broken) & mixing bowls. Wonderful friendly people wherever you go.

Clean & updated condo!
Short walk to the beach. Had beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, wagon etc to use. Washer/dryer was a plus. Condo was updated, very clean & spacious for all of us. Pool was very nice too - we enjoyed it all!

Runaway Bay 211
A beautiful condo newly renovated. Steps away from the beach and pool. The only negative we had was not being able to use the screened in porch because the elderly man down stairs was always smoking his cigars.

Excellent Stay!
We had a wonderful week at Sea Life in Runaway Bay! Location was fantastic! We could walk across the street to the beach, trolley pick up was right there and we could see the beautiful sunsets from our bedroom window! The condo had all amenities we needed including a beach cart, chairs, cooler, and umbrella. We were married on the beach while we were visiting and when we arrived at the condo we were greeted with a beautiful floral delivery from Seabreeze!
It is currently an active construction site and weekday mornings there was some noise, but even with the construction we would stay here again! Our only suggestion would be a fan for the master bedroom. The condo was cool with the AC running, but we personally like a little white noise and a breeze.

Cute Decor
Kitchen needs new skillets and more bowls with lids for food storage.
AC was not cold, sleeping was HOT.
Pool and beach items were great and much appreciated. We donated a cooler and 2 dark teal noodles. 😀

Runaway Bay Vacation 2024
Overall our stay at Runaway Bay was wonderful. The pool and grounds of the condo were amazing. Very kid friendly. Unfortunately, we came during Tropical Storm Debby and took away two days of fun, but that was no fault of the rental property. The condo itself could use a little work. Nothing that would prevent us from renting again. My suggestions for this unit is to update the guest bathroom, maybe add a few more pots and pans to the kitchen area. A crockpot would be nice. The property was "clean" but I felt it could have been a bit better. The guest bedroom had sand in the bed. Having the beach chairs everyday was a PLUS! It was nice not having to lug ours all the way down to FL. Again, our overall stay was amazing. We will be back!

Needs a deep cleaning.
This was a convenient location. When we arrived, the garbage disposal was not working but someone showed up within 25 minutes. My only complaint is that the unit needs a thorough, deep cleaning. The paddles on the fans were dirty, the air vents throughout the unit were filthy. It appeared the only cleaning done is surface....not behind doors. The tubs could use some attention as well as there are large amounts of rust by the drain. And the carpet in the guest room needs to be replaced as it appears there are pet stains and the carpet is worn. Unless those items are remedied, I wouldn’t rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay. The booking process through SeaBreeze was easy and communication was good. We had an issue with cable and they sent someone from SeaBreeze over to take care of it. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. I would definitely book again using SeaBreeze vacations.

Excellent Stay!
Not the first time renting through Seabreeze Vacations and will not be the last. The rental was just as advertised. Had all the amenities you would need for a great vacation, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a home meal, if you wanted, beach chairs umbrellas beach toys, plus the unit was super clean. Made our vacation very enjoyable, thanks to everyone at Seabreeze.

Great condo on Bradenton beach
The Condominium was nicely decorated and convenient to the beach and waterway. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely rent it again.

Runaway Bay Unit 211 is perfect for our vacation!
Runaway Bay condo 211 was perfect. It was very clean, had updated amenities, decorated very tastefully, and an added bonus had all the beach stuff you needed. The property location to the beach is directly across the street, which makes it a perfect location to stay.

A beautiful property and well cared for.
We had a wonderful vacation at Runaway Bay on Anna Maria Island! The property is beautiful and well cared for and the pool was great - nice lounge chairs and tables/chairs. The condo was in a great location, on the second floor, clean and comfortable with a screened in porch and laundry. Thank you and look forward to staying at Runaway Bay next year!

Perfect for a family of 4
We stayed at Runaway Bay. The unit was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect with just walking across the road to beach access. There was a trolley stop right there also which was convenient. Our family of 4 loved the unit and the area and we want to go back!

So.Much.Fun.
Everything we needed for a great, no stress vacation. We used the beach chairs, walked 50 yards and enjoyed paradise! No packing-hauling-parking to enjoy the beach. Need another drink? Run back “home”. Want a break? Just come and go. Clean, great management team, plenty of towels, detergent, etc. Our teen / young adult kids wanted to take on the parents in shuffle board everyday, eat ice cream and TALK! Wow.

Perfect Condo in Runaway Bay!
We stayed at Sea Life Condo. Very clean and stocked with essentials. Loved the rocking chairs on the lanai. Plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Loved that the beach was only a 3 minute walk from the condo! Trolley station right at the condo complex. Enjoyed seeing fish and dolphins off the complex pier. Would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Family vacation May 2022
Very nice condo with an easy walk to the beach. Really like that it had beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and towels for us to use. Check in was a breeze and the management staff called several times to make sure everything was going as expected. We had a late flight out and they were able to accommodate us with a late check out. Will definitely stay again.

Easy BREEZY
Overall this is a great condo to rent at Runaway Bay. The chairs and umbrella in the owners closet-for guests to use-was a huge bonus! Beds are a little too worn-in, not enough pillows or throw blankets really for the number of guests it says to accommodate; and the cleanliness of the bathroom (specifically the floors) was an area we tried to clean ourselves for the sake of "cleanliness/comfort. The property management folks are awesome to work with and very helpful!

211 has been recently renovated. Kitchen has all you need for meals. Appliances are new. Living room furniture is very comfortable. Lanai has comfy cushioned rockers. Bedrooms are roomy. Lots of closet/storage space. The bathrooms are nicely tiled, showers have great water pressure & well stocked w/ towels. A short walk takes you to a small pier with beautiful views of the bay & bridges. Also has heated pool, which has chairs, tables & umbrellas. Beach is across street. 6 new beach chairs & towels.

We got everything we need!
This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. This condo was very clean and in a great location. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the pool, the trolley stop was right out front and it was close to other restaurants and Bridge Street. We really liked that the condo had everything we needed for cooking and it had comfortable beds. All the beach chairs, towels, beach cart and sand toys were supplied too. I can't say enough good things about Anna Maria Island or this condo.

Great Stay!
This was our second stay at this condo. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and pool. It is close to Bridge Street and also has a trolley stop right out front. The condo is very clean and has everything we need for a great stay. We will be back!
