Blue Lagoon South was one of our favorite stays in AMI when it’s just the two of us! It was spotless and well equipped with everything you would need. The pool was clean and well maintained along with the lounge furniture and pool toys and beach wagons. The bed was so comfortable, linens and towels were great. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

A peice of paradise

This was an amazing place for our family. They had many beach supplies to make our trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. Umbrellas, beach chairs wagon etc. The kitchen was well stocked. Walk to the beach was 5 minutes. Would definitely return.

Great getaway

We loved our stay and thought the house was great for our small family. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We didn’t know the family renting the other unit of the duplex and the walls were very thin. The connecting door between the two was not sound insulated at all. Otherwise the place was wonderful with a great location and very easy to check in and out and had everything we needed.

Will stay again

Property was better than expected. All finishing were new and comfortable. Property management was very helpful during the stay. Pool was actually a little bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. Overall great property for a family of 4 and we will be coming back.

Nice but small

Pros: Great location, clean and quiet. Cons: Pictures overstated size of rooms and pool. Insufficient kitchen ware to adequately prepare food for a family. Master bed was uncomfortable. Main bathroom toilet did not flush well. Patio furniture was high quality but very uncomfortable without cushions. Accommodation seemed to be set up for ease of maintenance more than convenience and comfort of guests.

A Splendid vacation

We were all very happy with our accommodations. The heated pool was especially a hit, and being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. We had a wonderful time, and would stay here again.

Great location!

This location was perfect! We didnt have a car, bikes or golf cart and walked everywhere very easily! Very short walk to the beach. Pool was a great option as well!

Amazing Stay for a Family with Kids

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities for a family of 4. Best location on the island - near a beautiful beach, coffee shop, ice-cream parlor and a bus-stop. The heated pool was thoroughly enjoyed by our kids. The beach cart with umbrella, chairs and beach toys was a very nice touch and appreciated! We had a wonderful, relaxing and recharging time in Anna Maria and the Blue Lagoon South and will be back soon! <3

Romantic Getaway - 30th Anniversary

My husband & I have been trying to find a suitable place on the North side of Anna Maria Island and hadn't had much luck until now. This place was clean, very well thought, super quaint and wonderful location. We are headed back in 2 weeks now that we found our ideal place. Had a great stay!

Lovely Anna Maria Island

Perfect location!

The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. So close to the beach with very easy access. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed including beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas and toys! The team at SeaBreeze was easy to get a hold of and very responsive! They made a lovely vacation guide and made it so easy to access the information we needed. The bathrooms were a bit small, and they need new pillows but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would return to this same spot!

Awesome House!

Everything was great. House was clean and spacious. The pool and patio was excellent and it felt very private. Location was great. Short walk to beach, and a short fun bike ride to the bay. The property management company was really nice to work with and communication was fast.

Great spot

Great location with a lovely pool. Location is A+ with easy access to the beach and plenty of nice places to walk to for food. The property was well-kept--up to date and clean. The set up worked well for us with a bunk bed and a trundle in one room and a King size bed in the other. Plenty of beach gear available and a nice spot to eat outside. Would definitely go again! The only hiccup was check-in. The cleaning crew wasn't there until close to 4pm so we weren't able to get in until closer to 5pm, which is always hard with kids.

Great location

I have this 5 stars for the great location. You can walk to the beach and restaurants easily. Loved the backyard pool and seclusion. The inside is pretty small, but fine for a small family(we have a 3 year old and 3 month old). No one had rented the unit next to us, which was great. Probably would’ve been super weird/awkward having to share the outdoor area with strangers. Also, it came with beach toys for kids and a beach wagon which was great, but most of the chairs and umbrellas were falling apart and rusted and should be replaced. Thanks!

Blue Lagoon South Duplex

We enjoyed our vacation in Anna Maria and this rental. The duplex was well furnished and equipped. The heated pool was fabulous. We had a smoke detector go bad and started beeping and it was fixed within 30 minutes by very friendly and qualified staff members. I was impressed with their response time and caring for getting it right for us. I would rent this duplex again.
