    Welcome to one of the cutest and most relaxing private property. Located just 15 minutes away from Siesta Beach and 10 minutes away from Downtown. Entirely Remodeled house with Large Heated and Lighted Swimming Pool and completely Private Yard in very quiet and safe neighbourhood of Sarasota. Only a block away from largest Bike Trail in Sarasota - Legacy Trail. All restaurants, clubs, shopping is only minutes away!
    Open , Modern floor plan with Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room. Entire house was done and decorated by designer for Comfort and Relaxation. Large table in Dining Room sits 6-8 people. Big space in the Living Room and very comfortable sectional , 70" Smart TV , high speed internet. Huge Lanai with smart TV, dining table for 8 people, Lounge chairs by pool area and Grill. For your use we provide 4 adult Bikes, toddler bikes, baby Trailer/Carriage, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Towels, beach toys and floating toys.
    Sarasota offers: Theaters, Comedy Clubs, Restaurants, Shopping, Museum, Botanic Garden, Children Zoo, Beautiful Parks and Bike Trails, Kayaking, Boating, Saturdays Farmers Market in Downtown, Art Shows, and more.
    There is a lot of places in Sarasota to hang out:
    UTC mall and shopping and dining, Waterside for shopping and dining, Down-town for shopping, clubbing, dining, theater, St Armands Circle for shopping, dining, beaches, Siesta key for beaches, shopping and dining. We have beautiful Aquarium, Botanic Garden, Marina, Parks for walking, biking, play tennis, pickleball or kids parks.
    For your safety we have an active camera outside of the property, but not in the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was well used and a great feature alto have after a long day at the beach. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked.

Amazing home and location! Beautiful pool and just a short drive to the beach. The host was very quick to respond and absolutely improved our stay with our flexibility with check in/out times. Highly recommend and really enjoyed our stay!

The home was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you don’t really feel like you’re in a rental you feel like you’ve actually gone to someone’s home. We had never been to Sarasota Florida and was so surprised at what a great location the house is in. The owners are fantastic to work with we actually extended our stay and they were so accommodating. This property is above a five star.

Great stay! The home was clean, bright, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely recommend!

House is great! Loved the pool area with tv, we ate outside every night. Quiet neighborhood near the Legacy Trail which we used frequently. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall very pleased with our stay. Location was very convenient to main roads and within a few minutes to shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and we used that every day. Backyard felt very private with landscaping and fence. Kitchen well stocked with utensils for in home meals. Beds comfortable with nice linens. My only minor issue was the air conditioner during the daytime. It was very hot during our stay and it was a struggle for the ac to maintain mid 70s with all doors and windows completely shut and secured.

Perfect place to stay in Sarasota!

We would highly recommend this lovely vrbo. The house was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The pool was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as listed. Clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. The king size bed was very comfortable. The pool had not been cleaned prior to us arriving. We reached out to the host and she made sure it was taken care of within a day. After that, it was just as described and shown in the pictures. The location was convenient. Siesta Key public beach was only a 15-20 minute drive and it was one of the most beautiful, well-kept beaches we have ever visited. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again sometime.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is newly renovated, has plenty of amenities and generous supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was a blast. Basia was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues rather quickly.

Perfect Family Escape

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was perfectly located, with easy access to the Siesta Key and Lido beaches. We also enjoyed the private pool and relaxing accommodations. Perfect for a family with children.

Big 10 Rowing Invitational

We were in Sarasota to watch our daughter compete at the Big 10 Rowing Invitational at Nathan Benderson Park. House was perfect for our family and just as advertised. We had a wonderful time.
