Our apartment was a great place to stay for a week at siesta key. We had an umbrella provided and 2 beach chairs which we used every day. We had a nice size bedroom with a king size bed and ample storage space. The kitchen was well equipt, even though we mostly ate out. It was a wonderful week with no complaints. We will stay there again.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The convenience is unmatched. The pool is heated and hot tub is so nice! The walk to the beach is nothing! The entire stay was lovely!

106A was great - loved the sitting area right outside our door. Also loved that the beach chairs and umbrella were in a bedroom closet. Showers were great too. Will likely stay here again.

Very disappointed with this property so much so we left a day early. Master bedroom is right by pool. Quiet time was supposed to be 11, noise lasted until about 2am. There is no upper noise proofing. You can hear every step anyone takes in the unit above. Pull out couch came with only 2 sheets, no blankets and stained and pillows. Cushions on the couch were also very stained and mattress was so bad we left a day early. Last but not least when we got there there was a large rain storm that flooded both streets to get out of the property trapping us there until water receded a few hours later.

This was perfect for our family. Really close to the beach and a very family friendly property for the kids. The walk to the beach is almost nothing and we enjoyed the pool.

Very short walk around the Massive Hyatt vacation club to a beautiful white sand beach. Several chairs and an umbrella await your visit in this room. The room had high ceilings with very nice crown molding. The tile floors in the kitchen and main room made it easy to keep the room clean. The carpet in the bedroom wouldn't be my choice for this place. These are "BEACHY" units and I am sure they are not vacant often enough for freshen up of the scuffed walls and base moldings. The kitchen is a nice option for being able to have meals in the room. This unit however the dishwasher was in need of rack repair and had to be put back together like a puzzle in order to use. Parking for one vehicle per unit is available but fill up fast. You can walk to several close restaurants and bars for that Beach vacation effect. There are also ice cream and a liquor store nearby. The office manager is really nice and helpful; I would stay here again as it did check off my boxes for this stay......

Great little place to stay

We had so much fun in Siesta Key over Thanksgiving. The location was perfect, the pool and hot tub were nice, the room was clean. Thank you for a good experience.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay! Took trolley to village and was able to enjoy bands and not worry about traffic or parking! Great French restaurant within walking distance. Sunset was beautiful at the beach!

Beach chairs and beach umbrellas supplied.Short walk to the beach. Good size kitchen with all kitchen appliances was great. Only complaint was the sofa bed was very uncimfortabke due to feeling the springs in the mattress.

Siesta key

Loved the property and location fine but beach not so much. Private beaches no room to put umbrella nasty run off pipe there. Luckily a friends family lives there and we went down to public beach much wider very roomy very pretty. Plus has snack bar and bathrooms.
