We stayed at Off Tropic for two weeks in August/September and were thoroughly impressed.
The property is stunning, spacious, and very clean. Upon entry, you’re greeted by an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
To the left is the impressive primary suite with a large bedroom and en-suite, along with a smaller room with shared access to the bathroom via a Jack-and-Jill setup.
On the right, there’s a utility room, a bedroom with two single beds and its own en-suite, another bedroom, main bathroom and an office with a wet bar.
The outdoor area features a large pool, whirlpool/hot tub, and plenty of loungers for relaxation.
The location is unbeatable—1.5 miles from downtown, with Morton’s Speciality Market, Libby’s, Veronica’s, 1414 Grill, and Legends Sports Bar just 100 meters away. Further along the street is Gecko's and Brady's Bars. Siesta Key and St. Armands are only a 10-15 minute Uber ride away. Publix & CVS are 5 minutes away in the car too.
The only minor suggestion would be to swap the double bed with the two singles to give another couple access to the en-suite. The management team was excellent, communicating only when needed and quickly responding to any queries.
Overall, Off Tropic was a fantastic stay, and we would 100% return!
