“Unfortunately, this was the worst rental experience I’ve had. The carpets felt dusty, the pool was full of leaves and not inviting, and the sink and shower had drainage issues during our stay. The washing machine was also not working properly. After checkout, we were charged for towels with makeup stains (which is normal use) and were falsely accused of damaging bedding.
