Wonderful B&B experience - quiet but convenient location just a few blocks from the main drag, comfortable accommodations, great breakfast and friendly hosts - all in a beautifully restored historic Victorian home!

Beautiful and welcoming B & B

Wonderful stay at Circular Manor! Everything about this Inn was exceptional, from the on site parking and welcoming wrap around porch, to the beautifully decorated rooms and delicious breakfast! I highly recommend for a lovely and relaxing stay, anytime!

It was the best b and b we’ve stayed. The owners Michelle and Dieter were fabulous. His breakfasts were outstanding and her knowledge of Saratoga was very informative, They were both friendly and nice. We highly recommend this place.

The house is grand: beautiful woodwork, furnishing and decor. The hosts are friendly, sophisticated and accommodating; and they serve a great breakfast. The location is walk-able to track and downtown restaurants/shopping.

Michelle and Deeter are wonderful hosts. The Circular Mansion is an absolutely beautiful home. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of the racetrack and downtown. We look forward to staying again soon!

The quintessential B&B experience.

The owners were incredible hosts. The rooms and house were so clean. Breakfast fast 5 stars. I can't recommend this more. Looking forward to returning.

The property is located few blocks away from Broadway. It is highly convenient for shopping, dining and walking to Congress Park and other interesting places. Deter and Michelle are perfect hosts. Deter prepared fresh, healthy and delicious breakfasts every morning. Michelle helped us with ideas to see and explore this lovely town of Saratoga Springs.
