Special Places the property management company advertised the premises as newly renovated with Hammock and Barbaque. No hamock or barbaque and renovation was just paint. Kitchen cupboards thermafoil badly peeling, floor grout throughout is supose to be light beige which you could see at edges by the walls and gets progressively black brown in the rest of the floor area. Chipped coffee table, some mold in kichen cupboards and a few chipped dishes. Tried to book transportation from airport to unit, took four days and was hasling me for payment, got fed up and told them to forget it and made my own arrangements to and from. Told them no maid service while we were there, they came twice and one time at 8.30 am, knocked and immediately open the door and I am standing there in my pj bottoms. Never received the security codes to exit the property. Honestly, the unit was just ok but the property management company was terrible which is why we booked no trips throught them as well as, our to and from airport transportation. In spite of all this, our trip was good, location good and the resort itself, Pacifico excellent. We took pictures upon arrival in the unit, did discuss the next day that this unit was not as advertised and took picutures on how we left it in case they try to come back after us. We left the unit in better condition then found right down to carpets, bathrooms and even washed all sheets and towels in the unit. Stay away from this property Management company.
