This gorgeous condo is located within walking distance to many services such as banks, drugstores, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ATM's, bus stops, souvenir shops, etc.
The beach is also very close, just 350 meters away. Fill up your cooler with your favorite beverages and off you go to watch majestic sunsets every day!
The condo is located on the third floor. On the first floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, dish washer, vitro ceramic stoptop, refrigerator, rice cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stailess steel oven.
The living room is spacious with smart TV on the wall will give you easy access to your favorite applications, solid wood table for 4 people, confortable sofa and loveseat set, and a full bathroom also conveniently located in the main floor.
Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, a large closet with a good inventory of linens, towels and another full bathroom. It also has a large private balcony with plastic table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy a steamy coffee mug in the mornings or a delicious cold Costa Rican beer during the day.
There´s very nice restaurants and coffee shops in the neiborhood. For a deliciuos breakfast and drinks I reccomend Guayoyo Café and Buzzed Monkey located at very short distance. 250 meters away you will find ATM's and more fun places to discover such as souvenir shops, bakeries, supermarkets, fruits stands, tour operators, bars and pizza parlors, art galleries.
In case you forgot to pack your books or you´ve already finished them, there´s a public library behind the gas station where you can find a large variety either in spanish or english.
Every friday there´s latin dance classes. The perfect activity to meet other people and learn about the local culture.
To make the common area more enjoyable for everyone we request to follow these rules:
Smoking is prohibited in all common and exterior areas, including balconies.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 people.
Noise: No unreasonable noise after 11 PM. Drugs and illegal activities are strictly forbidden.
Pets: No pets allowed of any kind.
B.B.Q on balconies and common areas is not allowed.
Parking: One vehicle per unit; no reserving spots.
By making a reservation, the guest also agrees to have read and understood the house rules. Failure to comply with any of them will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Para que las áreas comunes sean más agradables para todos, les solicitamos que sigan estas reglas:
Se prohíbe fumar en todas las áreas comunes y exteriores, incluyendo balcones, y a menos de 6 metros de la puerta principal.
Ocupación máxima: 4 personas.
Áreas comunes: No se permiten obstrucciones ni artículos personales en los pasillos; no se permite tender ropa afuera, excepto toallas de playa.
Ruido: No se permite hacer ruido excesivo después de las 23:00. Las drogas y las actividades ilegales están estrictamente prohibidas.
Basura: Use bolsas selladas; no tire basura. Tire la basura en los contenedores designados.
Barbacoas: No se permiten en las áreas de la piscina, tampoco en balcones y áreas comunes.
Mascotas: No se permiten mascotas de ningún tipo.
Estacionamiento: Un vehículo por unidad; no se pueden reservar lugares. Los vehículos sin licencia o defectuosos serán remolcados a expensas del propietario.
REGLAS DE LA PISCINA:
No se permiten vasos ni alimentos en el área de la piscina. o Los niños menores de 12 años deben estar supervisados.
Siga todas las normas de seguridad e higiene.
No se permite saltar desde el borde de la piscina ni desde los balcones.
Al hacer la reserva el cliente también acepta haber leído y comprendido las reglas del residencial. No cumplir con cualquiera de ellas será motivo de desalojo inmediato sin derecho a reembolso.
