  • Casa Emperadora es una hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños ubicada en el tranquilo barrio de ISABELLA, a pocos pasos del centro de Playas del Coco. Hay una casa principal y una casita privada que incluye un maestro adicional con baño privado. El piso principal de esta villa incluye una gran cocina abierta, sala de estar, lavandería y medio baño, todo con toneladas de luz natural. Arriba encontrará los tres dormitorios y los 2 baños completos. El dormitorio principal con baño privado de 5 piezas, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, cama King Size y amplio vestidor. El segundo dormitorio con aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo y cama Queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, litera completa / doble. La villa cuenta con una piscina privada, terrenos lujosos y bien mantenidos y una gran terraza a la sombra perfecta para que disfrutes de la tranquila experiencia de disfrute de Pura Vida para leer o simplemente relajarte en las múltiples hamacas.
    Hay televisión por cable y wifi en caso de que necesite conectarse al mundo real. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas sus necesidades y tiene capacidad para 6 o más personas si usa el espacio al aire libre que está justo afuera. Hay una lavandería completa con lavadora / secadora. También hay un espacio cubierto para su vehículo, ¡pueden caber dos vehículos!

It was very quiet and felt safe. There are other properties around but it really felt like we were surrounded by nature. Easy walk into town.

The home was prefect for our group of 8 - and the patio/pool area was a great way to cool off and a cool place to eat and relax. The kids (and adults) spent many hours in the water. Monkeys, iguanas, birds visited the patio or trees nearby each day. The walk to town, with several really tasty restaurants and beachside bars was hilly but easy. The grocery store was close enough to visit on our daily walk home from the beach. The host/property manager helped quickly with anything we needed and the bedroomAC was lovely.

My family of 5 stayed 10 days. Me, my wife, 18y and 20y old boys and 68y old grandma. The upstairs master bedroom was amazing for grandma. The 2 smaller bedrooms were used by my boys. My wife and i stayed in the Casita. All 3 rooms the Casita had ceiling fans and amazing AC. The 2 upstairs house bathrooms, lower level bathroom Casita bathroom were all clean and well stocked. Kitchen and living room were lovely living spaces and clean and well stocked. The pool was amazing. We had doves, iguanas, lizards and other beautiful wildlife. The neighboring houses were mostly hidden by the thick trees and shrubs. It felt very private and quiet. The property was secured by an electric gate operated with a key-fab. Lastly the host Kevin was a lifesaver. He helped us with everything from shopping to adventure ideas. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

Great home away from home

It was a great 2 week vacation! Close to grocery stores, 15 minute walk to downtown coco. Great neighborhood with some jungle behind the property with monkeys walking in the trees. Property manager was always easy to get a hold of with questions. Home owner answers questions very quickly.

It is advertised as a villa in a quiet neighborhood, but it is surrounded by five houses. There was construction next door and the noise was unbearable and prevented us from being able to be outside -- it started at 6:45 am and didn't end until 6pm. We immediately contacted the owner to request to leave, but were denied. There were also cleanliness issues in the kitchen and casita. There were dirty dishes and corroded/dirty kitchenware in the cabinets. The kitchen sink doesn't draln properly and the downstairs toilet doesn't flush properly. There is a sign that says to lock everything and that they are not responsible for theft, and there are bars on all windows, but there are no bars on the front door (which only has one lock), and many windows that don't lock.

Dannielle’s place is perfect for families seeking a quiet place located very close to everything Guanacaste and Coco beach has to offer. Very easy to find in a well developed and safe neighborhood. Easy access to all attractions and beaches. Very helpful info and recommendations from host. We highly recommend this villa

PERFECT STAY

Our stay in Coco was truly perfect! This home is very charming, cozy and well kept. It was spacious with lot's of room for us to spread out when we wanted too and rooms big enough for us to hang together. The bedrooms are more than comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We spent a great deal of time lounging outside beside the private pool. "The patio and pool are perfect spots almost any time of the day". In town we enjoyed our choice of restaurants and loved mingling with the locals. This place is down the street from Coco beach and a short drive to Hermosa beach. We had a blast at both. Do not hesitate to rent this home as it will exceed your expectations in every way. This was a dream vacation and we will definitely come back to stay.

Relaxation awaits

This villa is the perfect getaway spot. Plenty of inside and outside living space. We had teens and adults in our party and the space was perfect. Minutes to shopping and the beach. There are tons of birds that fly in and around the property, howler monkeys can be seen in the trees. Coco is a great starting place for many adventures! Can’t wait to come back...
